Are people really that naive?

Here's how it works: PR people will send press releases to the media (newspapers, magazines, radio, blogs).

The respective media will CHOOSE if they want to run with a certain article depending on how popular the person is.

And no credible PR will send articles "bashing" another actress. These agencies, contrary to where your fandom lies, are professional outfits. Deepika's PR would never send an article bashing another actress.

What people fail to realise is that a lot, A LOT of the silly rumors and negativity comes from fertile imaginations. The endless talk about the Ranbir / Kat relationship for instance and all the "new information" will never come from Katrina's PR. That's just the media speculating because they know it sells. That's why it's always rumours and alleged sources. Same with Deepika's romantic life and so on and so on.

The media dont need official press releases to create a story and a rumor and an alleged this or that. Take my word for it. And take it all with a huge lick of salt.
