Target CIO demands a sorry from Viswanathan..Viswanathan refuses to apologize to Satish.David and Sekar turn some of the employees against Viswanathan and they talk ill of him and Karthik gets into a fight with them..KRVL get annoyed on knowing about Sekar-David plans..Thye fear that Vichu may resign.Sekar demands explanation from Viswanathan .He justifies his reasons for not apologizing to Satish..he says that approach of that company is not right..the deal should be between the two companies not between peoples ..they are very unprofessional..But Sekar blames him that he is responsible for they not getting Target project..and demands resignation from him...But he decides not to resign ..as his leaving should not set a bad example for those who are just..Later Target CIO Satish meets Viswanathan and says that he thought about his decision and realized that the project should be mutually beneficial..and decides to work with them under his leadership..He also approves purchase order,advance amount and 30% of the project cost...Viswanathan decides to disburse the salary with arrears to the employees..but Sekar is not happy with that decision wants to talk to chairman and CFO..But Viswanathan insists them to do it by Friday..Sekar and david meet susan and poisons her mind.. complain about KRVL..She tells them not to worry as she will tackle them...Susan again tries to woo Vishnu into her team but he refuses to join her team ..She cunningly woos a new girl Ranjani to intervene in Vishnu's life..She seats between Vishnu and Raji..asks vishnu's help to achieve her target...Vishnu accepts without knowing her intentions...

This week, we had quite a lot of mindvoices and counters from the comedy pieces.. i.e.. HR and COO. here's a pick from that,..

HR : (mindvoice) Namma dhaan viswanathan ball adikka thadumaarurom naa... indha COO adhukku mela thadumaaruraaru..

It is again our Hero Karthik...He just stood as a good and loyal person who understood Vishwananthan...As usual he just acted as a teacher in explaining raji about Vishwanathan Sir decision of not saying sorry to Target CEO Satish..Day by Day Understanding and giving time for his lovable wife started to be lovable and increasing..he just rocked really a lovable husband and caring friend to everyone..Definetly he is the best human being..

This week best Actor award goes to the person who portrayed no no lived as a boss . The title goes to vichu sir (udhay sir). really perfect expressions as a project head.
