Yes todamal gave akbar shahi mohur with humayun's name(sigature) on it only
But its not one copy usually a shahi mohur 3-4 copies would be there not one copy
One copy shahenshah would have always wherever he went in this case humayun

After humayun death Bairam khan(on behalf of akbar), akbar and hamida will have a copy each and humayun had given one copy of mohur to todarmal. So bairam khan is dead his mohur no idea may be he gave it to akbar before leaving to haj, akbar's copy may be akbar takes it with him wherever he goes and does not leave behind, so only hamida's copy can be stolen by maham. Maham may not know todarmal got a copy of mohur by humayun because she came to humayun service much later not during when he was emperor of india.
