Suparna keeps on subtly bhadkaoing Neena saying now DV will never get kids' love. DV and Saachi come to meet Neena to tell her that the chances of her conceiving her are very bleak. DV asks Neena to tell Saachi that it makes no difference as she is more tensed because of her. Neena simply says that she should take care and rest now and that they will talk next day as its very late now. Saachi understands and says sorry to Neena for disappointing her, but Neena says that what cannot happen cannot happen so what's the use of regretting now and that they will talk next day. Next morning Saachi is thinking about Neena when DV comes and asks her not to think about her. Saachi says that Mom is upset and very sad and she is feeling bad for letting her down. But DV says there must be some other reason. Meanwhile Neena too is thinking about doctor's words when DV comes and says that he has planned for a joint dinner tonight, but Neena says she is busy and they both can go. Saachi tries to insist, but Neena says she is not in mood to go and so she should not insist. DV asks her to cheer up before sending him to office and Saachi says she will wait for him in the evening while Suparna thinks now she will make Saachi wait all her life for her happiness.
Neena calls up Yash to ask when he is returning and he informs that the trip has been extended. Suparna comes and says that she should tell all this to Dad as he should also know about this. Neena says there is nothing to tell. When he comes back, then she will explain. Suparna tries to act like a good DIL and says that she knows she wants a baby but she can't give as Anvay is not ready. She says she can't see her pain. She goes on to say that she had made so many plans about the baby but all of them went flop as Saachi is much older than even her. She even hints that had Saachi not been so old, then this problem would not have occured. This is the only short coming Saachi has.
DV too is sad in office looking at the presentation of baby Saachi had made. Anvay comes and sees him sad and asks him what happened. DV is reluctant to share, but Anvay says he is his elder brother, so share his problem with him. Anvay says he should not worry so much. Science has really advanced a lot and there are so many other ways also to have a baby and that they will consult the best doctors for Saachi. Saachi calls Dilz and informs her about her reports. Dilz asks if she has informed Nani-Ajji, but saachi says she can't tell them and break their dreams. Dilz says its good that her MIL is not like a typical Saas and that she would be able to take care of her, and Saachi says yeah in a sad voice. Saachi goes down and tries to talk to Neena but she gives very guarded replies. Just then Prachi and Sunil come there. Sunil comes and says that his business is doing very well and he wanted to thank her as whatever he has in life is because of her, be his business, house or wife. They offer Prasada to them. Prachi also informs that she is expecting and that makes Neena more upset and she drops the Prasada and leaves from there. Just then Suparna comes and thinks this is the right time to let Saachi down. She sits there and informs them that Saachi cannot conceive and that now they have to take care of Saachi like Saachi took care of Prachi during her depression. DV also brings Aadu home and together the siblings share an emotional moment while Saachi is crying. Suparna is happy seeing Saachi sad.
Precap: Neena asks Saachi to leave DV if she really wants his happiness.
