I want to ask some questions related to my new AsYa FF 'Burning In The Fire Set By Himself'.

Summary of d story: Dis story is set some days after d fashion show. Dilshad gets Asad n Zoya married. Zoya tries to be Asad's friend many times but he always insults n taunts her. Zoya leaves d house after 12 days of marriage. 2 days later, Zoya files for divorce due to Asad's behaviour of constantly insulting n destroying her self-respect. Zoya has changed into a quiet n bitter person who hates everyone in d Khan family excepts Najma who hates her own brother now. Asad is feeling guilty for his deeds but Zoya who is hurt beyond limit does not want to forgive him. They hv signed d 1st divorce papers. Due to Asad's childhood friend Tanveer's cheap tricks, Zoya angrily signs d 2nd divorce papers too. Asad is now hated by even Dilshad cuz Asad is blamed for some cheap deeds which actually Tanveer did. Will Asad be able to prove his innocence? Even if Asad is proved innocent, vl Zoya ever forgive him for his past behaviour 2wards her n his regressive thinking? Dis is d story of a couple who r on their way of getn divorce but vl love ever happen between the 2 persons who don't believe in love n the girl only believes in friendship?

As Asad n Zoya vl reunite after 18-20 parts, I want to ask some questions.

1. In dis story, Asad n Zoya vl not get divorced but Asad vl feel guilty of how he treated Zoya n always thought her wrong. He vl find a solution of remarrying her wid all d rituals. So, is renewal of marriage is allowed in Muslim? Plz answer me.

2. Can Muslims(both boy n girl Muslims) marry in Hindu style or Christian style widout converting into another religion?

These questions r important for me cuz I don't want to show anything dat vl hurt anyone's religion. There r lots of Muslims here who can help me. U all may be thinking, if I plan to reunite Asad n Zoya after 18-20 parts then y I am asking these questions now. My answer is dat I am asking questions now cuz I vl hv a lot of time for thinking proper ideas😊. So, plz help me by answering these questions?😃

No they can't marry in any other style and as far as know my mom and my friend told me that talak according to strict orders of Islam happens only when man says talak talak talak three times and if he says it only one or two time then they can live together after consummation!! My knowledge is this!!

1. if they dont get divorced 3 times then its allowed.. but that has to happen in a short time period like with in 3 months.. and if they sign all the three divorce papers then the girl has to marry another man and get divorced and then marry her first husband..

2. its strictly forbidden for muslims to marry in hindi or christian style.. in islam nikah should be very simple.. like no mehindi haldi and all those lavish functions r allowed... but people do that... so thats ur wish.. like in pakistan we have mehindi's and all the functions that are from hindu weddings.. in turkey they get married in a white dress in court and christians do that way..
basically i dont know much abt it but my sister told me that nikah should be simple...
and valima is done after nikah by the groom.. its good if u do it.. its sunnah in islam!!

I researched n saw dat 'talak talak talak' rule has changed. t least in India. Cuz men takes wrong advantage of dat n there r horrible cases like men threatening to divorce hi wife over anything, divorce thru SMS, divorce in sleep n many more things. In dis story, Zoya vl file for divorce cuz her self-respect is hurt very badly by Asad. During d 1st divorce signing, she actually makes Asad sign it thru emotional blackmail n threat n 2nd time, Asad cannot even think of not signing d divorce paper cuz he vl be blamed to hurt Zoya to d limit which vl be actually Tanveer's cheap tricks.

So, they can remarry if they r not divorced. I thought of showing them doing Hindu wedding if reneval of marriage is Islam is not allowed. But in one of d stories which I hardly read. It was named like Saving Grace' where Asad n Zoya marries in Christian style so I asked these questions😃.

there is no way any rule of Islam can be changed, because these rules are set by Allah and no human is allowed to change these rules. so u can base ur FF on al the answers by IF Peers. Gud Luck 👍🏼

No they cannot get married in another style only Muslim style is allowed in Islam.

according to islam aya kuch nahi hota
in islam ager ek banda hubby word talaq 1 bar khata hai tu ek divorce hogai, then ager with in 3 month ager woh saat nahi atay ( live together or consummation) tu 2nd divorce hojay gi then 3rd, aur phir remarage k liay halala (Nikah Halala) karna hoga,
for yr story
best yah hai k separation karlo divorce nahi (like rashid n dilshad)

First answer is that between saying 3 Times talaq Der is a months period.so literally dey r divorced twice wich can be nullified.buy dey have to consummate Der marriage it will be like renewal of nikah .
2nd answer is tat a maulvi reads Qur'an verses and den declare a couple husband and wife without those nikah is not done in Allah's nazar.

As long as they haven't divorced each other, they can get married. However, in order for the wedding to be legitimate, it must take place according to the tenets of Islam which requires the presence of three witnesses who have reached adulthood and are sane. Also, it is compulsory for the groom to provide the bride with an amount of money termed as "meher." This amount is calculated with respect to the groom's financial capability. Most importantly, both parties (both the bride and the groom) must be content and agree to the marriage. If any one of them don't agree, they have the choice of not saying "qubool." No marriage will be considered valid if it is forced or one of the partners don't agree. The intention to get married is an integral part of the ceremony.

By the way, women also have the right to divorce. If the divorce is initiated by the women, then they have to return the meher. On the other hand, if the men initiate the divorce, they do not have the right to take back any wedding gifts from the women (including the meher). In addition, women also have the right to ask for alimony during the period of iddah which is the 3 month waiting period after the divorce. After her iddah is over, the husband only has the obligation to provide for the kids, that is, only if they had any. Women who get divorced are to wait for three months before they remarry another person. This is because if she is expecting during iddah and remarries another person, there may be doubts about the father of the child. To avoid this confusion, women must wait for three months. On the other hand, those who become widowed must wait four months and ten days and then remarry.
