Maybe they weren't in condition to but what about the other people who were able to? Why didn't they ask about the treatment? Why the praise and the blame always go to doctors? If someone dies on doctor's watch, they blame the doctor instead - why? Why can't we come to a point where we try to nullify this and actually work together to create more awareness so a situation like this never comes? Hopefully hum sab is show se kuch sikhe aur apne baare main aur aware ho.

Shona...
To bad ppl consider doctors still as god...and dont dare to question their opinion...now I understand they are considered experts...but even then they are human...and humans make mistakes...

Coming to yesterdays epi...what made me think...was the use off electric shocks...I was taking aback to see the use off that very outdated medical treatment...though I not an expert... I would question the use off it...

Something else what borders me...is the fact the almost every indian professional is shown being bribe...or taking it...

Bit by bit he's opening up to Kalpi! I wished he didn't hold back though! I guess in time he open up completely!

Answer
"High society" is the case! People do not even bother to ask questions from doctors because of being confident in them! People of low class have a certain way of life! The way they was brought up in this world is different to ppl in "high class" world! They look up to ppl like doctors, lawyers, engineers etc! Ppl of
Lower class take advice from respected ppl of high class in society! I feel that they depend on them at one point in time! And they leave their common sense home!
For me! I worship 1 god and nobody can take the place of my god!!!!

Hiya,
A very good point you've indulged upon! In fact I was so disturbed with what was shown yesterday, that the edited precap had no effect on me.

Now coming to point at hand, most of us believe doctors are our healers, in fact some have gone as far as saying they are *GOD* because more often than not they do hold the power of life and death in their hands. It is not about being educated or not being educated, per me ( I mean yes, that does play a huge part in most part of the world hence why SOME doctors tend to take advantage, but even higher up the status put their complete faith in doctors and never dare to question them. Now this is coming from experience and first hand witnessing of such things, in my line education and work.- so please bear in mind this is my subjective take on things, hence do not get offended please.) - Even lawyers are considered as GOD to some, despite knowing the best name for a lawyer is a liar- this is my line of work, so am not offended, so please don't be too)😆

Coming to the scenario at hand, you're right, if only Kalpana had insisted some more despite her mother's blind faith, the situation would have been sorted right there and then, but she didn't and I firmly believe the reason she didn't was because she felt deep down inside, a doctor always knows what's best, which most of us have understood by now that, that is not always the case, and doctors tend to be wrong too. (If only people were smart enough to make use of technology or even the library to read upon their own illnesses and symptoms, life would be so much easier. (But again I guess the illiteracy factor comes into play and contradicts my above point, that a lack of education is not the true reason for our blind faith. So,to ensure am not contradicting myself, I will add that yes, it does play a factor, because in the older age our ancestors, great-grandparents, grandparents, and even our parents, considered doctors to be their "GOD" when things came to a head in a surgery, or to be in line wit the century issue: medical illnesses.

See, whoever saves our lives, we start to see them in a higher light, so yes SOCIETY does praise doctors as GOD,and I believe there is nothing wrong with that. The only thing that is wrong is people misusing their positions and abusing their powers on those less knowledgeable in their fields. Do you know how difficult it is to sue a doctor? 🀔- One doctor is enough to back another doctor's mistake and say I too would have reacted in the same way and save their arses. Life sucks in that aspect, but hey! Life as a lawyer would be extremely shallow if it was all too easy.

(I tried to keep it short and kinda tried to make sense- been up all night so do bear with me and my grammatical errors😆)

shona ...dear u just touched me on my dookhti nabz ...rofl

i and my family has been the biggest victim of doctors .i have lost all my respect for them and thankfully indian doctors practicing in india have contributed so much to it.

i belive in transperency and i u have all rights to question doctor and its his responsibility by profession to explain his actions and be answerable when u have wrongly treated just coz u were too busy or lazy enough to be serious !!!

doctors r no Gods but we tend to see them that way coz we go to them when we r weakest and so end up believing them blindly even when we dont want to or even when our logical mind sometimes knows , something is wrong.

so basically at the end of the day we r at faulty for giving ourselves so blindly in their hands
