The episode starts with Raghav still struggling due to the air spray infection and coughing non stop. Kalpi gets hold of some medicines and asks him which one he is but he continues to struggle.
Here Pakhiya uses a perfume and Gauri as well starts feeling uneasy due to the spray and starts sneezing and coughing. Kalpi calls Kamla asking her what to do in this condition and here Gauri tells her that Avil 50mg is the most suitable medicine for this condition and Kamla tells the same to Kalpi and tells Pakhiya to go and get the same for Gauri.
Kalpi gives the medicine to Raghav but no use and Kalpi calls Kamla again and Gauri tells them to make him smell onion with lemon. Kalpi gets the same for Raghav but he tries to avoid saying he doesn't like the smell of those substances. Kalpi takes out her hanky, presses onion and lemon with it and gives that to Raghav to smell and it does work out and he feels better.
He thanks her and here on the other hand Pakhiya gets the medicine but Gauri is already feeling better thanks to onion and lemon remedy. Kamla asks her who taught her about this remedy and she gets to thinking and she has some flashes of her life before memory loss of her being their with Raghav but she can't remember who the kid is.
It's afternoon and as told by the doctor Neetu brought Kamla gives her the medicine told. Pakhiya goes out for some work and Kamla to get some milk from shop. Gauri starts thinking of some Chintu who had this trouble but wonders who Chintu is.
Here Raghav tells Kalpi that this infection he had since childhood from his mother's side and that his mother had the same.
Here Gauri is home alone and continues to get flashes of Raghav as a kid. She sees a kid playing outside and later comes and switches on the tv to watch something.
She sees an interview of Sahil Kapoor in the TV and she almost recognises him. She gets agitated seeing him and starts shouting telling Kamla to call the police saying that this is the guy who spoilt her life and to call the police. Kamla looks at the TV but due to the show getting over Kamla sees no one. Kamla thinks that this in an incident of her imagination. Vitthal comes and takes her inside to let her have some rest.
Here Kalpi tells Raghav to get some sleep and gets him a glass of milk. He tells her he doesn't like it but she scolds him telling him to drink it. She turns around to leave but he holds her hand and stops her. He tells her seeing her today he felt like he got back his long lost family. He didn;t feel this scolding,love or panic of someone for himself since a long time. He asks her not to leave him and go now because he now has her and only her.
She asks her why he dislikes lemon and onion ? He tries to tell her that years back his mom used this remedy for him but halts before he could complete and tells her nothing. She tells him to go to sleep and she'll come later. She leaves and Raghav wonders why he still misses his mother so much now, Even though she's gone her memories still haunt him.
Here at the Kapoor house Pakhiya and her grandma have a chat and the new upcoming show 'Kumkum Bhagya" is promoted.
Here Kamla calls up Neetu telling that Gauri's situation has worsened and tells about the incident that just happened. Neetu gets worried and tells Kamla to bring Gauri to the city hospital and that she'll meet them there.
Here Kalpi is setting up the whole house and cleaning it. While doing so she sees an album under a table full of his childhood pics. She's just about to see the page which had his pic with his mother when Raghav comes up and takes the album from her hands. He closes it and before he could say something Kamla calls Kalpi telling her to come ASAP to city hospital as they're taking Gauri there. Raghav tells Kalpi he'll take her there.
Neetu also comes and calls Sahil telling him not to worry for now and that Dr.Bhalla is giving her permanent medicine and they're preparing to give her electric shock and do the same and Kamla is standing outside seeing her in this condition and in tears.
