The only thing we can donate without much fuss is blood and sometimes time.. Any body part will make us take a step back not because we dont love them but we do realize our physical existence...all said this is on case by case basis... its not too difficult for some to make sacrifices...

The bold part in red! any sensible / practical individual would take that route. Yes as loving person I am all for family... but if options are there why not avail it. Yaar if I loose a organ another loving member will line up for sacri.. I don't want that! Sounds insensivitive yup but whats practicality then.
