Maybe Samay found out something bad about Arjun (his past) that made him kill him...maybe Arjun never changed and just pretended to for the sake of his family name and wealth. Just a guess. Heck maybe Samay and Arjun are in this together- remember those pictures Samay showed Kajal of Arjun with his ex- maybe that girl is blackmailing them or something! Anything is possible, right?

It might be that it's still Arjun, and in that courtroom with Kajal, he told her something "secret" that now only they know, and, I don't know, maybe this is like a big game they're both playing because when Arjun got his memory back "someone" blackmailed him that he'll kill his family..? If he doesn't do.....the thing the blackmailer wants him to do?? So Kajal and Arjun might be in this together, and I guess Malhar is in with this too?
