Color's Rangrasiya has been taking viewers on a rollercoaster ride ever since Thakur Tejawat's (Tarun Khanna) truth came out in front of Paro (Sanaya Irani). As we recently saw, Paro proposed marriage to Rudra (Ashish Sharma) who hasn't accepted it. Rudra is finding it difficult to believe that Paro's feelings for him have changed overnight or so he says.
In reality, it seems Rudra is having difficulty accepting his own ever-growing feelings for Paro. He just cannot accept the fact that he has started to develop a need for her in his life. His fear of abandonment is quite strong; after all, his own mother left him and his father. He recently found out that his mother has remarried and that person is none other than his sworn enemy, Thakur Tejawat.
Rudra is hurt because Paro had left him and ran away with Thakur Tejawat and because she is accused of trying to kill his father. Not only did she do that, but she had hit him from behind leaving him unconscious.
It seems subconsciously, he feels accepting her would lead to heartbreak when she leaves him which is why he even refuses to entertain the thought of forgiving her, even though it seems that he finds it difficult to believe that she would actually harm his father.
If you think Paro is going to back down then you're wrong. She is a lot stronger and much more stubborn. Regardless of the fact that Rudra's harsh words hurt her, she will stand her ground and let him know in her own way her feelings for him.
According to the new promo, an angry Rudra will give in and marry Paro, but he will add another vachan (promise) to the 7 vachans. The 8th vachan being that he will never be hers. It seems this is Rudra's way of pushing Paro away.
Right now, she loves him and won't leave him, and what he wants is for her to end up hating him and leaving so he's added this 8th vachan. Perhaps, he feels being trapped in a loveless marriage will push her to leave him.
Well, Rudra has just made Paro's job easier by making her stay in his home permanently. It will take some time for Paro to break down the barriers that Rudra has put up, but we have no doubt that she will eventually break through to him and make him realize that her love for him is pure, but at what cost is the real question? Will Rudra accept his own feelings before he has hurt her beyond what she has ever imagined? What do you think will happen? Put your thoughts in the comment section below and stay tuned to Fuze.
