Sorry for delay in posting my comments.

I liked the episode especially Shlokie's antics and Astha's silent treatment. Also Jyoti and Sid scenes were good as usual.

Since I am quite late in posting, I am just going in chronological order for my comments:

Varad and Shlok - Free Advice Comes Easy

So the episode started with an upset Astha walking out on Shlok and colliding with Varad, who immediately started blaming Shlok for hurting his "ideal" woman. So he marched to baby brother's office and started berating him for not trusting Astha. He was right about that. Now I am going to assume that CVs have not really dumbed down Shlok and he does not want to believe Astha because then it forces him to confront several issues - first baba makes big mistakes and then that Astha could have been killed because of the pampered guest in Agnihotri household and that if she is the murderer, then Shlok has to take action against her - the daughter of baba's favorite bosom buddy.

Anyway, he defends himself to Varad by telling him that he has seen jealousy in Astha's eyes whenever Aditi came close to him. Umm..Shlokie bear...any wife would be angry with a psycho's shennigans...yet Astha was still treating her quite nicely...let's see how you tolerate if another guy invades barges in your bedroom and invades Astha's space in your presence.. And why would Astha break the memory card? Anyway, Varad tries to explain to Shlok that jealousy also comes because of love, but Shlok just scoffs at this. Then Varad decides to play Shlokie's therapist and asks him to come near the mirror and look at this alter ego and tell the truth. Shlokie rolled his eyes at Varad's command and I did the same. Because whatever Varad was saying to Shlok also applies to him. If he thinks that jealousy is a good emotion from a spouse, then why does he have a problem when Sojal does the same. In any case, Shlok refuses to face the truth that he cares for Astha or that he has wronged her at least at that time.

Astha - She Becomes an Inapt Sherlock Holmes

So the loony bin gets a phone call from her pet dog and Astha, who is determined to expose her, follows her. But then at the most opportune moment, makes her presence felt to Aditi who mysteriously disappears from there and lands back at Agnihotri mansion way before Astha. Astha finds the locked house and then decides not to peek inside because it is bad manners to peek inside other people's abandoned old houses...ok..Leaving aside my question about Astha's brain, the loony bin has made an alter complete with a photo of Shlokie (from his college) and some bottles (acid ones that destroy tulsi plants?).

Now this scene was worth fast forwarding - Astha coming back and finding psycho who is now trying to get close to Kavya, if it was not for baby Bear. Shlokie has got so used to Astha's declarations of love and her popping in to their room to check on him if he is at home, that he started missing her when she did not come back. He then was debating whether he really crossed the limit in making her angry. But then got extremely irritated when he realized that Astha left the house without her phone and without informing him. So he landed in front of Astha just when she returned. But did not get the satisfaction when Astha refused to play Shlokie's game of "Let's fight so that I do not have apologize for my behavior and can justify my own behavior". She threw his earlier comments at his face when he scolded her for being careless and not taking her phone. He is not actually wrong. If Astha is determined to be a detective in her solo project of exposing a murderer, at least she should take the phone with her.

Sid and Roshni - A New Dawn for Jyoti

Sid and Jyoti were very cute as usual. Jyoti's breakdown scene was poignant when Sid impulsively hugged her and called her his "lucky charm" after he got the news that he got an unexpected check resolving his short-term money problems. Jyoti's whose confidence and spirit both have been broken so badly because she was not physically abused, but also emotionally abused by the rats. So she was only used to thinking of herself as unlucky because that was what the rats told her constantly. She first was in wonder that she could be considered lucky by somebody and then she broke down. These tears were good because they are going to start her healing process. She has a long way to go before her wounds get closed, but it is a good start. Sid with his kind and gentle appreciative ways is already bringing a new light to Jyoti's life. Later on, he brought her sweets and a new dress to celebrate his new found luck. He is also now looking for a stable job, probably because he has now somebody in his whom he needs to take care of. Jyoti is also beginning to relax around him. He just got dressed in front of Jyoti and it did not bother her. He also startled her in the dark, yet she did not cringe from him. This is a beginning of a sweet relationship between the two. No wonder Jyoti is no longer desperate to contact Astha. She wants to stay with Sid because his is the first place where she is feeling wanted and valued. Her own mother used to tell her that she had overstayed her welcome when Astha and Shlok had freed her from Abhay earlier.So it is a whole new world for Jyoti where somebody is appreciative of her without knowing anything about her wealthy background or even her name.

Finally,

Stoic Astha and Shlokie's Dismay - Tantrums Are Not Working

So Shlokie by that time knew that he screwed up big time. But since he is Shlokie bear, apology is not going to happen because it would make a dent to his immense ego. So he does what he does best - throw tantrums that would make Honeypot react. Except that Madame Astha decided to play spoilsport and act like an adult who gave a time out to the spoiled child. Well, Shlokie decided that he has been sent by God in Agnihotri mansion to improve Astha's attitude. He was spoiling for fight because then he could indulge in some shouting match and prove that Astha was at fault. She would start talking to him and he also would not have to apologize. Well the plan was good, but it did not work. So in the end, he tried grabbing her, but when she asked him coolly if he wanted something, his ego kicked in again. He just grabbed the girly blanket and hoped for another reaction, which did not come. Poor Shlokie...finally fell asleep in that cold temperature waiting for Astha to react. An adult would have thought that apologizing is much easier than going through all that.

I actually find Shlokie's antics hilarious because he was reminding me of my 8 year old nephew who also has a big ego. When he knows that he has crossed his limits with me and I stop talking to him, he tries all sort of things that he thinks would make me react. When nothing works, then he quietly goes and starts doing his homework because he knows that I would melt at this show of good behavior.

So wonder if Shlokie would do something for Astha to make up for his bad behavior or his ego would make him continue to act in this childish way. Well, in the morning Astha did approach him to put a blanket on him because she has become too used to caring for him. So will he learn some lesson this time or will he again take her for granted because she made the first move once again.

Overall, I liked the episode as Aditi's part was mercifully short today. Avinash was the star today for the way he portrayed Shlokie.

Sorry for the late update.

Barney and Jyoti ......This couple seems to be blooming slowly. Jyoti who has always been referred to as an unlucky person was moved to tears when she was told by Barney that she is a very lucky person (since he got his cheque on time). Hopefully Barney will continue to bolster her confidence, so that she gets back her backbone and gets ready to face the world. If Jyoti is getting shelter and slowly regaining her confidence then Barney is also getting light in his life. He was quite mesmerised looking at Jyoti with the candles in her hand lightening up the darkness present in his house. She is slowly turning the house into a home. There was a symbolic scene in Jyoti and Barney's scenes. The window was wide open and Jyoti was again standing beside the empty cage. Although Jyoti's fears and apprehensions are still with her but there is new hope, one that she is herself watering. The plant that Barney planted yesterday as a way to make Jyoti smile is being watered by Jyoti. So although he fears will be with her for some time but with the help of Barney, Jyoti will also herself slowly bring smile into her life. She won't be passive but most probably will play an active role in her recovery. When Jyoti was watering the plant, Barney entered the room and approached Jyoti. He pushed the cage aside and stood between the bird cage and Jyoti ...and gave her new clothes to wear. It looks like Barney will see to it that Jyoti's fears and apprehensions are kept away from her and he will also take care of her. Looks like it is time for Jyoti to slowly look outside the open window and welcome the world in...it will take time but the process has already started. Compared to Jyoti, her kiddy brother is in a completely different space. He has also been given hope but instead of grasping it with both his hands he is busy throwing a hissy fit because things are getting out if his control.

Baby bears meeting with his alter ego. Varad bumps into honeypot who was crying and he realises correctly that baby bear must have shouted at her. Baby bear was sitting on his bed with a grumpy look realises that someone is approaching and he prepares himself. Varad asks him that for how long he will carry anger on his shoulder. Varad also tells baby bear that he cannot move forward if he does not forget about past relationship. Varad has told him this before too and that time baby bear was ready to throttle him. Compared to that he was pretty docile. But can forgetting the past make a person move forward in life? If he does not make peace with his past then how is it going to help him? Although Varad does want him to move ahead but he wants Shloke to take the easy way out, which in the long run has the potential to harm both baby bear and his honeypot. If the past is not dealt with then it will keep on coming back and it will be honeypot who will have to bear the brunt of it. Does Varad not understand that? Or is it not that important for him? Shloke is angry and he tells Varad that he is angry because honeypot is after Aditi and that he knows that honeypot has issues regarding Aditi. Varad tells him what honeypot had told him before that where there is love there is also jealousy and that he only saw the jealousy and not the love. But is baby bear really angry at honeypot regarding being jealous about Aditi or is it a front to hide the real reason of his anger. When he rushed upstairs after Anjali told everyone that the argument with Aditi should not reach Neeranjan's ears...baby bear's main concern was that by mishandling the situation there are chances that honeypot's image or reputation might be damaged. He probably does not want Neeranjan to think badly of honeypot. He only lashed back at Astha regarding doing wrong to Aditi when honeypot stood up to him. So why am I getting the feeling that the main reason for his anger is not related to Aditi but to something else...he is actually angry at himself for driving honeypot away because he does not want to accept some truths...his own issues and that his daddy is not that clever. This scene is just after he hit the cupboard with his fist in frustration...so to me it is anger at himself but since he won't acknowledge that to anyone he is making use of excuses. Anyway, Varad repeats the same question that honeypot asked him that whether he will not be affected if honeypot leaves. Baby bear as usual behaved like a spoiled brat and in a hissy fit said no...and he gets dragged in front of the mirror to face his alter ego. Baby bear does look away and does not actually want to look in his own eyes. He knows what the truth is and Varaad leaves him alone saying that to ask himself what the truth is and then to give him a reply. Coming back to baby bear, he was worried before that someone is trying to harm honeypot...so why isn't he thinking about that. I mean why isn't he trying to see whether the coin has another side or not? Aditi gave her reasons but why isn't he thinking that what if honeypot is right? He is a shrewd person but has his muddled up emotions decreed his thinking power? I mean with the divorce just around the corner and all the feelings that honeypot has generated in him...his issues and his confusions...have they contributed to him not thinking clearly and wanting to take the easy way out. Earlier he has shown his shrewdness when he chased honeypot and hoodwinked her. But at that time his emotions were sorted ...He used to have small setbacks but he used to brush those incidences under the carpet and just focussed on his goal. Anyway this is how I saw baby bear today. I am going to give it a few more days before deciding whether he really believes Aditi or not. If he does then he has been dumbed down, but if he has not and is using her as an excuse to hide his true feelings...then has he been dumbed down?

Varad. He is one confusing chap. Honeypot is his ideal woman but then why does he think that honeypot is jealous? Hasn't he repeatedly told Sojal to not waste time on such petty emotions and not to waste his time too by speaking to him about these emotions? Also instead of being angry at honeypot for letting in such petty emotions like jealousy, he was very sympathetic towards her. Because Astha being jealous means Astha loves baby bear and that will mean that she will not leave baby bear? So does he idolises Astha or does he idolise her relationship with baby bear. Isn't Varad actually telling baby bear to repeat the mistake that he himself has committed in his life? Varad has issues and he has not forgotten them...he has married and "moved forward" but it is Sojal who is bearing the brunt of his action regarding moving forward. So is really honeypot as a human being important for Varad or is it more important what she is bringing to this relationship with baby bear and to this family? Also if Varad knows that jealousy is another aspect of love then why is he getting irritated when Sojal is getting jealous? Varad is turning out to be one of those people who very easily dish out advice to others but then don't follow their own advice. Anyway, Varad asking baby bear to trust honeypit reminded me of Kalindi asking Avdhut that can relationships be based on love alone...isn't trust also needed. She was not talking about honeypot's trust on baby bear but the fact that baby bear does not trust honeypot.

Baby bear and his unique ways. After the self-talk with his alter ego, baby bear is prowling around his room and muttering to himself that where has honeypot disappeared😳. Since she always flutters around him, baby bear is now missing her presence. Then he tells himself that maybe he might have exaggerated and shown more anger than what he should have. ...but then it has happened so what can he do about. How about apologising baby bear?😳 But that word is not there in your dictionary, so why will you even think about apologising and anyway by saying sorry indirectly you will accept that you were wrong and that will lead to more questions 😳. He is taking honeypot for granted and he should be taught a lesson.😳 Anyway baby bear gets further angry that honeypot is not in the house and he complains to himself that honeypot never stays at home. Now when did that happen?🤔 When does she leave the Agnihotri mansion? Is it possible that baby bear is angry that he is at home and left his work to be with her...but honeypot has disappeared?😳 When honeypot returned from her trip, Baby bear told her off for being careless regarding not taking her mobile and that he was worried...only to eat his own words. 😛😉I mean honeypot in a nonsense tone told him off that since he does not care whether she stays or leaves, then why is he acting? 😆 Looks like baby bear was grinding his teeth.😉

Later on at night when honeypot comes to sleep, he studies her for a long time and then decides to irritate her to get her attention😳. His first step was making noises while playing his video game but honeypot just looks at him and ignores him😆. He gets more irritates that he is ignoring him. He is feeling guilty and he knows that he crossed his limits while shouting at her and had also hurt her...so like a little boy he wants honeypot to come to him and tell him that although he hurt her and played with her feelings but it is ok with her because baby bear is more important to her than her own emotions.😳 So obviously he got more irritated and then started a series of mini tantrums which Astha ignored. He decreased the temperature of the AC and wrapping himself with the blanket feeling very pleased with himself waited for honeypot to react...the only reaction that he got was honeyput also put a blanket on herself.😆👏 Then he started playing with the lights and when honeypot got up and looked at him he became very pleased with himself that finally she will react and pay him attention...which to him translates to her putting him before her feelings.😳 So he gets ready for the argument mode...it just showed that he does instigate honeypot to argue with him because that is his way of getting her attention. Honeypot gets up and opens the cupboard and baby bear has had enough...he stomps to her and pulls her hand. Honeypot asked him whether he wants anything and baby bear's expression here made me smile...😉...he does want something. He wants her attention and for her to tell him that everything is ok but he won't tell her that.😳 Instead he wrapped the shawl that honeypot had picked from the cupboard...a red one with yellow flowers and went back to bed. He really wants honeypot to kiss the boo boos away. Honeypot takes another covering and she goes back to her mat. Baby bear is now worried that why is honeypot ignoring him...he first throws her longing looks and then hurt looks. But honeypot covers her head and goes off to sleep and poor baby bear has landed himself in a soup.

Next morning baby bear is nicely sprawled out on the bed...with a pillow under his arm. Although he is worried about Astha but he is sleeping very peacefully. Honeypot comes to him and tells him that now she loves him so much that she does not like it even if a ray of the sun disturbs him😲😲. So Suryadevta has acquired honeypot as a wall that is going to stand between him and baby bear? 😲Will honeypot let baby bear grow if she decides to mollycoddle him?😳 What about the daughter of Suryadevta...I mean Kalindi?😲

Anjali- So Anjali has allowed Aditi to enter the temple and to do arti? She did not allow that before...is it to keep Aditi calm so that she does not create more problems? Is she just watching and not showing. She did react when Aditi had told them regarding honeypot going to her to learn how to sow buttons. I am going to wait for few more days to decide whether she has been dumbed or not. By the way Aditi is isolating honeypot...she has even taken Kavya away but Anjali is warning Sojal to keep Kabya away from the pesticide that she has left open.

I think i liked the episode..

First bcoz i saw genuine happiness in jyothi's eyes and for the first time she cried happy and surprised tears and not painful ones..Sid called her lucky, she brought luck into his life and gave her a hug..jyothi wasnt actually surprised by his closeness but by him aknowledging her as lucky..it was a very touching scene..i love how they are developing this new character and his influence on such a bruised soul as jyothi's..

Next thing i liked was the scene bewteen the brothers..shlokie and mr hot shot affair(wether has one or not i like calling him that😛)

Shlokie is looking very down for a person who doesnt care abt his wife..his shoulders and way down below his chin..sign that one is upset and wants to ghater himself in his own shell.. and ofcourse he doesnt look himself in the eyes in the mirror and lie that he doesnt care abt ashtas love..he does..a lot infact.. and he demonstrates it in the night..where he uses everyth under the sun to capture her attention and fight with him😆now this is what i call entertaining scene, not a witch flying on the broom and reaching home before ashta..

anywhoo, where was i..oh, yeah..mr baby bear is really feeling guilty for making her cry and saying he doesnt care so wants to capture her attention by irritating her..first with his brrrum. brrum sounds , then by palying with the AC remote control and finally with the lights..i totally loved his reactions" why doesnt she react? why is she ignoring me" am i not doing smth right? did i lose the touch?..for a moment i thought he will start whaling like a child kicking his hands and legs in the air bcoz he didnt get his favorite toy..anywhoo, felt sorry for him..the boy is trying there..in his own style, yet he is trying smth..

What i really like abt his the original way in wich he expresses his concern..he shouts and bends his head to her level as if he could make her scared and guilty for making him worry😆😆

Oh, shlokie, u are acting like a pregnant lady..never satisfied and always the victim😆😆

Abt the precap..kinda predictable..honestly i dint want ashta to stay just to reveal aditi's real colors..but lets see what they wanna show..

Was that shlokies pics in that weird place? whats that? shlok's altar? is this girl really a witch? was she flying on her broom as a corpse bride every time ashta told anajli she sees her thats y she didnt hear the anklets?😲 but that ould be fun though.. witches are burned alive to be estinguished😈

Varad - Shlockie

Our advice dispensing machine has landed up in Shlockie's room for the next installment of his vishesh tipnis. But I am glad Varad does try to get Shlockie to face the truth. Varad as usual has utmost faith in Aastha but both him and Shlock seem to thing this is just a bad case of jealousy 🤢How outrageous is that ?😡

Finally Varad got Shlockie to look at himself in the mirror , his alter ego😉 How long will he keep running away from his questions ? Time is running out and he needs to answer himself.

Varad recognises that Aastha's jealously stems from love but what about Sojal? Her doubts and insecurities? Where does Varad think it comes from? Or is he not concerned at all?

Aastha and Aditi

Well it came as no surprise that Aastha didn't get any clues😉 But what did we get , some tonic bottles and a framed photo of Shlock's ?😕😕 What is it now paralysed/disfigured Swati ? I sincerely hope it's not something so silly.

Why is Aditi friendly with Kavya now? Does she think Kavya will gladly recommend her as her new chachi? 😡😡 Well Aditi has become so arrogant that she stands in front of Aastha's Bappa and silently challenges her?😕 Well... how long do them plan to keep this girl around , so boring she is!🤢🤢

What I liked about this scene was how Anjali follows Aditi and Kavya talking about poison and keeping it away from Kavya. Is Saasubai being funny?😆😆😆

Shlock

Awww Shlockie is missing all the attention from his wife. He looked adorable ruing about her being very angry and hence her absence. And as if on cue he got a reason to go seek her out only to find out that she is not a home. 'Pair to iski ghar mein tikti hi nahin' - this wasn't just about her current absence from the Agnihotri household , it resonated of his resentment over her reassuring Kalindi to be back home in two days.😆😆

Shlock and Aastha

I liked Aastha's reply to Shlock about cutting the crap when he doesn't care about her staying or not. For a while now Shlockie has been calling Aastha's concern an act and it's time he felt how it feels at the receiving end.

Earlier while pacing he had wondered what he could do even if she was angry with him and later in the night he found the solution." Irritate the hell out of her ". And boy did he try !!! 😆If only Shlock could see himself from outside he would realise how much Aastha has pulled him out of his murky dark existence. If only he could see the naughtiness sparkle in his eyes while playing a prank after another. If only he could see how he jumped up and rubbed his hands in glee at the anticipation of a squabble with her. If only ...

But Aastha is to hurt to give in . On one hand the dreaded day is fast approaching on the other there is a psycho running loose. And she has no one who trusts in her enough to ask her to stay , offer her a hand.😕

Shlockie was all set to throw another tantrum when he grabbed her while she got herself a shawl but was unmasked when he encountered her wishful questions. So he grabbed the shawl and wrapped it around himself leisurely hoping that maybe she might come to him. He is so upset and restless that he needs something of hers to calm him down , even if it's a bright red shawl with yellow flowers 😆😆😆

Shlock's change is evident in every small activity of his , from the way he preens in front of the mirror to how he sleeps sprawled across the bed without any worries. Gone are those days of nightmares.

Kalindi is happy expecting her daughter to be with her in two days while her daughter is angered by even a ray of sunlight disturbs her Shlockie. Is the daughter of the Sun in for an unpleasant surprise?

The scene had Aastha turn her back to the sun and stand in the way of the rays disturbing Shlockie. Will Aastha turn away from her mother yet again?

Jyothi and Sid

Awww this guy gets more adorable by the day. I felt for Jyothi when the poor girl cried at being considered lucky for someone. All her life she has been considered unlucky by her husband by her in laws . Her own family never appreciated her. But here was an absolutely stranger who does not expect anything from her giving her the respect and concern that she deserved.

One one hand Jyothi is getting what she deserves from where she least expects it ... will Aastha too get what she deserves? 😉
