it was a very funny movie... i wanted to ask

there was a dialouge mahima said..

Insan bhagta 2 baat pe hai.. ya to police a case ho

AND the 2nd one i forgot

coudl anyoen tell me which dfilm the dialogue was said in..
i think it was a srk film or semthing

welll i think its sholay but i defo knw its AB hu says it..
