Its because Dilly boy comes out of coma and beleives that Paro and Rudra are married... There fore they act like a couple infront of him 😳.

I think Rudra might shout more get outs at her and say they are not related in anyway. Paro might think if relationship is the only reason then I will provide one. And to win her argument stubbornly, she might ask him to marry her.
