Project was progressing well.
One evening, as Aastha was chatting with Shruti and Aakash at the parking, Aastha's phone began ringing. It was Shlok.
"Shlok Sir?!!" Aastha was surprised to see his name flashing on the screen. "But Shlok Sir has already left the office... then why is he calling now?!" thought Aastha.
Aastha accepted the call.
"Yes Sir?"
"Aastha, are you still in office?" asked Shlok.
"Yes Sir, just leaving..." replied Aastha.
"Okay good!" said Shlok. "Listen, our US client, Mr. Mark, wishes to have a meeting tonight. We would be having a video conference. I want you to come to my home immediately with all the details and reports!!" told Shlok.
"Right Sir! I will be there in half an hour!!" said Aastha and the call ended.

Shruti and Aakash left. Aastha quickly went in to get the required files. Then she left for the Adnihotri Mansion.
She reached there in about 25 minutes. She parked her bike outside the gate and hurried in. The watchman stopped her.
"Madam kahan jaana hai aap ko?" asked he. Where do you wish to go ma'am?
"Mujhe Shlok Sir se milna hai...!" told Aastha. I wish to see Shlok Sir...
"Sorry madam, Shlok Sir se aap abhi nahi mil sakti... Woh iss waqt kisi zaroori meeting mein hain" told the watchman. You can't meet him right now. He is busy in an important meeting.
"Lekin unhone hi mujhe bulaaya hai!!" said Aastha. But he himself has called me!
"Sorry madam, unhone mujhse kaha hai ki kisi ko abhi unse milne na doon...!!" said the watchman. He has ordered me not to let anyone meet him tight now!
"Dekho, jo meeting hai na, usi meeting ke liye mera Shlok Sir se milna zaroori hai...!!" Aastha tried to explain. It is necessary for me to meet Shlok Sir regarding the same meeting!!
Aastha tried a lot to convince the watchman, but he was not allowing her in. Aastha didn't know what to do now. She thought of calling Shlok.

Shlok looked at the clock. "Abhi tak nahi aayi yeh Aastha...!!" he said. "Where is this girl??!!!!"
He was angry.
As Aastha was about to dial Shlok's number, she recieved call from Shlok.
"Kahan ho tum?" he shouted. Where are you?
This scared Aastha a little. "Sir main yahan aa gayi hoon... Lekin yeh aap ka watchman mujhe andar nahi chhod raha hai!!" Sir I have reached here, but your watchman is not letting me in!
"What?!!! Wait I will come there..." said Shlok and disconnected the call.

Shlok came at the gate and began scolding the watchman. The poor watchman was trying to defend himself. Aastha intervened.
"Sir, iski kya galti hai? Aap hi ne toh kaha tha na ki yeh kisi ko aap se milne na de...! Infact he was following your orders, being loyal to you!!" said Aastha.
Shlok calmed down. "Ab se jab bhi Aastha yahan aaye, usay rokne ki zaroorat nahi hai... samjhe?" Shlok told the watchman. Now on, whenever Aastha comes here, there's no need to stop her!
"Jee sahab...!" said the watchman.
"Chalo Aastha...!" said Shlok as he went in. Aastha followed.

Sojal saw Aastha come in. She smiled at Aastha. Aastha smiled back.
"Come Aastha...!" said Shlok as he climbed up the stairs to go to his room. Aastha followed him.
"Arey waah!! Jis room mein mere siway aur koi ladki ne aaj tak kadam tak nahi rakha tha, uss room mein Shlok Aastha ko khud leke jaa raha hai...!!!! Kya baat hai!!" thought Sojal, very excited. Shlok himself is taking Aastha to his room, where no girl other than me has ever entered!!

Shlok reached his room. Aastha was just behind him. Shlok suddenly stopped and changed his mind.
"Aastha, why don't you wait in the study? I will come there in a moment" He said. "Rani!!!!" he called out their servant. "Aastha ko study mein leke jaao..." he told her. Take Aastha to the study...

Aastha waited in the study for a couple of minutes before Shlok arrived there. Both discussed about their plan and ideas.
Shlok recieved a call from Mr. Mark. Aastha came out of the study room as the meeting began. Shlok had told her to wait till the meeting got over. Aastha waited on the couch in the drawing room. Anjali saw her. She went towards Aastha...
"Tum Aastha ho na?" asked Anjali with a smile. You are Aastha, right?
Aastha stood up... "Jee... Aastha Kirloskar..." said Aastha.
"Arey baitho baitho...!!" said Anjali as she too sat on the couch. Please have a seat!
"Kya logi? Chai, coffee... ya sherbat?" asked Anjali. What will you have? Tea, coffee or juice?
Aastha was surprised to see such warmth. She had not expected the "rich and famous" Agnihotris to be such sweet people, especially after knowing Shlok.
"Thank you, but I am fine!" she said, refusing to have anything.
"Arey sharmaane ki koi zaroorat nahi hai..." said Anjali. Don't be shy...
Anjali called Rani and told her to bring two glasses of juice as that would be good in hot climate.
Anjali chatted with Aastha as they both had juice. She asked Aastha about her education background, about her family. Aasth felt nice talking to Anjali.
Just then the landline began ringing and Anjali excused herself to recieve the call.

Aastha was alone. She checked the time. She didn't know how much more time the meeting will take. She just called her mother to inform that she will be late today.
She was waiting for Shlok to come out from the study.
Just then little Kavya came there running with her toy car. She was running throughout the home with her car... "Brrrmmm Brrrmmm..." Kavya was enjoying herself.
"Kavya!!!! Be careful!!" Sojal called out from her room.
Aastha enjoyed watching Kavya run around. As Kavya saw Aastha, she stopped. Aastha was stranger to her. She just stared at Aastha. Aastha smiled, but Kavya just kept looking.
"Aap ka naam kya hai?" asked Aastha. What is your name?
"Kavya..." said Kavya.
"Wow!! What a lovely name!!" said Aastha and Kavya was very happy. Now Kavya felt more comfortable.
"See my car!!" said Kavya showing her blue car to Aastha.
"Wow!! Is blue your favourite colour?!"
"Yes!! Blue, red and purple!!" told Kavya.
And then Kavya ran away with her car... "Brrrmmm Brrrmmm Brrrmmm...!!"
Aastha felt refreshed.

After some time, Shlok came out after the meeting. He was happy.
"Aastha!! He is ready for the partnership!!!" he told Aastha gladly.
Aastha was very happy. "That's a great news Sir!!" she said. "Congratulations!!" Aastha raised her hand to congratulate him. He immediately shook hands with her. Both were still holding hands, when Sojal came there looking for Kavya. She saw Shlok and Aastha looking at each other, hand in hand. Sojal smiled.
"Kavyaaa!!!" Sojal purposely called out loudly so that Shlok and Aastha became aware of her.
Shlok and Aastha withdrew their hands at once.
"Uhmm...I'll come in a moment..." said Shlok and went to his room.

"Seems like there's some good news...!" Sojal said to Aastha.
"Yes!! Mr. Mark has agreed for the joint venture!!" told Aastha, excited.
"Oh great! Congrats!" said Sojal.
"Thank you!" said Aasth, smiling.
Sojal went away calling out for Kavya.

Aastha just stared at her hand and smiled to herself recalling the hand-shake. Her thoughts were interrupted by the sound of someone weeping. She put down her hand and looked around to see Kavya crying. She felt sad and walked towards Kavya.
Aastha sat down on her knees, and keeping her hands on Kavya's shoulders, said "What happened Kavya? Itni chhoti chhoti pyaari aankhon se itne bade bade aansu kyun nikal rahe hain?!"
"Chachu ne daanta..." replied Kavya, still crying. Shlok had yelled at her because she had gone to his room while playing.
"Awww..." said Aastha making a sad face. "Itni pyaari Kavya ko daanta Chachu ne...!!" Chachu scolded swwet Kavya...!
"Humesha mujhe daantte hain...!!" Kavya sobbed. He always scolds me...!
Aastha hugged Kavya. She wiped Kavya's eyes.
"Tumhaare Chachu bohot akdu hain!!" said Aastha. You Chachu is very akdu (stubborn)...!!
"Akdu?!!" Kavya laughed. She was amused with the word "akdu"... The word was new to her.
"Chachu mere saath kabhi video game bhi nahi khelte...!" said Kavya sadly. And he never plays video game with me...!
"Awww... Tumhaare Chachu ko na bohot tension hai na... Isliye woh video game nahi khelte...!" explained Aastha. Your Chachu has got a lot of tension, that's why he doesnt play video game!
The word 'tension' was new to Kavya. She thought it was some kind of disease. She thought seriously for a moment...
"Mutlab, agar mujhe tension ho gaya toh kya main bhi video game nahi khel paaungi?" she asked, worried. So if I get tension, I too won't be able to play video game?
Aastha laughed. "Don't worry, Kavya ko kabhi tension nahi hoga...!!" You will never get tension!!
Kavya was happy to know that.
Just then, Aastha saw Shlok coming. She showed as if she didn't notice him. She looked at Kavya and purposely said in a loud voice...
"Kavya, you know why your Chachu doesn't play video game with you?" Shlok listened curiously. "Because, he can't play video games!!" continued Aastha. "He is afraid that he will lose against you!!" taunted Aastha.
"What?!!!" Shlok felt offended. "Hello!!!" he said, "I play video games very well, samjhi?!!!"
Aastha stood up. "Really?!!" she said. "Maybe... but how would we believe you unless we see it for ourselves?!!" she said. "Right Kavya?!"
Aastha and Kavya smiled.
"Achha?!! Fine!! Let's see who plays better...!! Abhi pata chal jaayega...!!" said Shlok accepting the challenge and walked in, ready to play.
"Yayy!!" Kavya jumped with joy.
Aastha gave Kavya a high-five and both walked in behind Shlok.
Sojal stood there watching everything. "Shlok is gonna play video game?!! I can't believe this!! Jo hum itne saalon mein nahi kar paaye, woh tum ne ek pal mein kar diya Aastha...!!"
Sojal was happy.
She followed to see what happened next. There was this fierce competition going on between Shlok on one side and Aastha and Kavya on the other.

Later, Niranjan and Varad, who had gone out for some work, returned. Niranjan was curious to know what happened in the meeting Shlok had with Mark. Sojal told everyone that the meeting was successful. Everyone was very happy.
"Where is Shlok?!" asked Niranjan, desperate to meet and congratulate him.
"Even I haven't seen him for a long time... and where is Aastha? Did she leave?" said Anjali.
Sojal just smiled. Varad noticed that.
"What happened Sojal? Why are you smiling?" he asked.
"See it for yourself...!!" said Sojal with a mischievious smile. She signalled everyone to follow her. Everyone was confused.
"Sojal, atleast tell..." Varad tried to speak but Sojal shushed him.
When they reached the room, everyone was shocked and pleasantly surprised to see the scenario.
Shlok, Kavya and Aastha were thoroughly enjoying the game. The fierce competition to "prove" something had by now transformed into game of fun and enjoyment. The three were quarrelling, blaming each other and laughing their hears out, enjoying the game.

PRECAP : It is lunch time. Aastha still hasn't reached the office. Shlok is trying to call Aastha but her phone is switched off. Aakash too hasn't come. Shlok is angry and jealous.
