Uma, that is quite possible. Sid and Astha would get along very well and both are quite similar in nature - disorganized, supportive and gentle.Regarding separation, it might not happen if other factors come into play such as Jyoti's situation being exposed.
It can also be Astha getting suspicious of the lunatic. Yeah it could be this but I am kinda hoping it will be Shlok . I don't like a reasonably logical guy standing clueless for so long.
