at the last episode was that parth that she was holding or did she give birth again just wonderig right now our part is were alisha came back

Niharika did give birth to Shivam's child. They didn't show Rudr with a kid of his own coz the serial ends only after a leap of 1 year. So, obviously Niharika can't deliver 2 kids in a lapse of 1 year.

& no Aarti never got preggy with Dhruv's child.
