unlike many tv actors of other better shows
have left soap opera to successfully debut in bollywood
but actors of this show don't have that confidence...
that is why all are chipkofying to this show...
because everybody knew what happened to the

despite her stated position that she will not do the role of a grown up woman

mrina (despite his reputation as the amitabh bachhan of tv)/
ajya... their current performance does not inspire confidence
only raghu can bag a good role (most likely a khurrat negative one)
nani and jogi can blame evergreen dadaji-nanaji roles any day any time
Note: I am talking from a viewr's point of view. In bollywood if krishna kumar (brother of Gulshan Kumar and Tushar Kapoor can be hero, anyone can be theoretically. I was talking about based on the performance on this show only)

lambooji i agree wid u. but i can say that ajay can do well but hes not leaving this crap show bcoz of loyality 2wrads RG who once taken him in he movie tho his role was v.small.once he"ll leave this crap he can do much better.bcoz in his earlier shows he has got praise from ppl even in junoon where he played a psycho ppl liked his acting if not his ckt on the show.

may be everyone can make a smooth transition to bollywood
like I said the present lot is definitely better than
tushar kapoor/kishan kumar...
but if I were a producer/directer watching this show
and want to procure some actors for my forthcoming film based on their performance on this show only
probably I will go for raghu as a khurrat villain
jogi as the loving dadaji and may be nani for an evil mausiji...
I will not risk taking anybody else...for sure...

I don't think ajay has that college ka chokra type look
for leading a film
I think he is more suitable for roles which farooq saab (farooq sheikh was doing)
or deepak parashar was doing
I don't know if he dances well (a must for all the actors now a days)

no ajay won't b 4 college type of luks but he can carry that luk wid change in his hair style.
