Ak is driving and music stats 'iss dil ka mein kya karoon' both AK and Madhu imagines each other and are all lost and happy. Madhu comes and Radha ask you seem very happy today. Madhu says that money for the operation has been arranged. Bittu questions, Madhu says when my boss got to know about Radha's health, he gave me money in terms of loan. They all are happy. Madhu has flashback of AK proposing Madhu.
AK while driving sees the kada's and realizes that he forgot to give them to Madhu. He decides to goto the hospital.
AK reaches the hospital and sees Bittu becides an ambulance. He starts having flashbacks of Bittu blaming harshvardhan for Rishbala's murder. He wonders he is still alive. Then he sees Madhu coming, he smiles and is about to goto her whn he sees Madhu comes to bittu and is talking to him. He is shocked and confused. Then Radha is being taken out of the ambulance and AK sees her face and is hell shocked and angry. Madhu calls out Radha as Dida. AK has flashback of Rishbala's death and His fathers also. Radha takes out her gold chain and gives to Madhu saying what if something happens to her. Madhu gets angry on her for saying this. Radha says everyone is here with you,,,, bittu, your new boss. AK stares at the bangles and gets angry. Madhu says that I only want to live with you.
AK is all angry. A guy comes with a bouquet and hands it to AK. He sees the tag 'Get well soon'. He says this means Madhu is Rishbalas daughter. Because of whom my father died(look whos talking😡) He says that its been so many years but the memories of that day is still in my head. He swears he will take revenge with Madhu and Radha ji.
Pam is talking with Nikhil and says wonder where AK is since morning. Nikhil says that I am not able to think about anything. He says this time I can only see AK's whole property worth rs2,000 Crores. Pam says this property wll be divided between me and AK but only if he doesnt get married. Nikhil says its just one week left. Tamana enters and says if you wanted only 50% then why you called me. Pam says that you are not doing your job correctly. Tamana ask about her advance money. Pam says it was bank holiday thats why it got late. She suggest her to focus on her work.
Outside the operation room both Madhu and bittu ji are waiting. Bittu ji ask Madu to relax and not to worry about. Nurse ask Bittu ji to sign some papers. Madhu has flashback of AK proposing her. Bittu ji comes and says the operation is sucessful and Radha is fine. Madhu says she will personally goto the mandir to say thank you.
Madhu reaches the Mandir.and thanks PK for all the hapiness. She says that she wont ask for anything else as all the problems of her life has gone. Arti starts. AK on the other hand is thinking about Madhu. He swears he will teach Madhu a lesson. He says that its been 20 years but nothing has been forgotton till now. He says that you must have gone through small problems but now you have to go through a disaster. While arti is going on, all the diya's get blowned away. Madhu is shocked.
