Who Will Star Opposite Hrithik?

Ever since the trade learnt that Hrithik Roshan had given Ashutosh Gowariker's epic love story the thumbs up, there's been speculation on which lucky leading lady would be cast opposite him. However, sources close to Gowariker's production house tell us that no one has been approached yet.

But excitement is mounting as almost every top actress as well as the younger, relatively newer ones are keenly vying for this role. After all, who would want to miss out on the deadly combination of Gowariker and AR Rahman with Hrithik Roshan as the lead and the top international crew associated with the film?

One source claims that many actresses have been trying to connect with Gowariker to express their desire to be cast but they've been unsuccessful since he's been away for his banner's first television production, which is being helmed by Glen and Akush.

Shaping up to be one of the most coveted roles, we'll have to wait to see who the filmmaker finally chooses.

kareena deepika sonam katrina anushka priyanka...one of them

Sonam is a very pretty lady. If Hrithik would have married Amisha, Kareena or Sonam, their children would have turned out extra gorgeous (not that the current ones look bad or anything). But it's just that Sonam is nowhere in the industry at the moment. Lately, there have been speculations that she is considering joining the Indian politics. Not sure if she should do that.

Has she given up already? I hope not.

^Whoa really? I haven't come across any such news suggesting that Sonam may join politics. Didn't she just sign SB's next? So I doubt there is any truth to these rumors. And also she doesn't really look like a quitter to me.

On topic: I would love for Aish to be paired up with HR in this one. But I doubt that's happening so my next pick would definitely be Sonam. HR-Sonam look really gorgeous together :-)

Yes, she revealed that on KWK. But then she's a loudmouth. Who knows how sincere and true-to-herself she is!

Ashu is not dumb to cast Sonam in such a movie. Sonakshi or Ash would be nice.

I hope it's Sonakshi. She would be amazing and fit right in with all these period films. Plus she can act. Just my opinion, but Sonam leaves a lot to be desired in the acting department.
