The Episode starts with Naitik crying alone. Devyaani calls him and informs that Akshara is in hospital.
Kaki is upset with Jasmeet. Jasmeet tries to talk to her but she ignores. Jasmeet says sorry to her.
Akshara is in hospital. She is in pain. Everyone is in tense. Naitik is driving on his way to the hospital. Akshara cries in pain.
At m's, kaki says she is going to the mandir. Rajshri tells her to wait for a bit and go later. She says pandit is waiting for the stuff so she have to go.
Akshara cries and says to doctor save my baby. Doctor says she will go and talk to the senior doctor for second opinion. Bhabhimaa, Rajbanna and Devyaani ask the doctor about Akshara. She says give me 5 min, I'll tell you everything. Naitik comes and ask where Akshara is. He goes in the room. Akshara still in pain. Naitik says sorry for getting angry before. Nurse tells Naitik not to talk to her too much as it will make her feel worse. Naitik tells Akshara not to worry, he is there.
Rajbanna wonders what happened suddenly as everything was fine in Akshara's report. Bhabhimaa cries and says why this always happen to us. Devyaani tries to console her. Bhabhimaa hugs Devyaani. Devyaani tries to tell her about Akshara's condition but couldn't. Rajbanna says we should inform m's. Nandini calls Bhabhimaa. Bhabhimaa tells her about Akshara.
At m's, everyone gets ready to go to the hospital. Ananya says she wants to go too. Varsha scolds her. Varsha calls kaki to inform her but kaki left the phone at home. Jasmeet tells them to go and she will come with kaki.
Doctor comes. Naitik ask About Akshara's condition. Doctor says she is not well at all. She says I wanted to avoid this situation and this is the reason why I wanted you to decide quickly. She scolds Akshara and says you are lucky that your family members got you here on time. She says to Naitik, sorry I won't be able to give any guarantee. Naitik gets worried. Doctor tells Naitik to wait outside.
Devyaani tells Rajshri that Akshara will be okay. She says we got her here on time. Naitik gets angry on Devyaani. He shouts and says stop. Everyone is shocked. He blames her for Akshara's condition. He tells everyone that Akshara is not well and her life is in danger. He says Devyaani knew everything still she didn't say anything to us. He tells them about abortion. Everyone is shock. He shouts at Devyaani and says why didn't you tell us. Devyaani tries to explain but everyone gets angry at her.
Jasmeet looks for Kaki. She informs kaki about Akshara. They leave for the hospital.
Doctor tells Akshara that they have to abort the baby. Akshara refuse. Kaki and Jasmeet comes to hospital. Varsha cries.
Naitik gets phone call from Duggu. He says what am I gonna say to him. He will ask about Akshara.
Doctor comes and says Naitik to sign the consent form. Doctor says I tried my best that this situation doesn't come but I'm sorry we got no other option. She says we can't waste any more time otherwise Akshara will be in danger. Naitik signs the forms.
Naitik says to doctor noting should happen to Akshara, save her. Doctor says don't worry I'll try my best. She tells him to meet Akshara.
Naitik says sorry to everyone as he signed the forms without taking permission. Vishwamber and Rajbanna says sometimes we have to make such decision for the good of our loved ones.
Naitik goes to meet Akshara. Akshara says cries and says no. Naitik talks to her and tries to console her. He kisses her. They hug each other. Doctor comes to take Akshara.
Precap: Duggu on the phone to Naitik. He ask where is mumma and baby. Akshara says what are we gonna say to Duggu.
