My take for today's episode:
In today's episode all actors did their part very well including Pakhi who I find annoying some times.
After today's episode, firstly I would like to say; the CVs are very much inspired by films which is a treat to watch once they add their touch of creativity to the scenes. According to me Kalpana's imagination is what the heart wants; but the brain refuses to accept. Her brain is playing mind tricks with her. No matter how much her heart tells her that she loves Raghav, she won't accept it because her brain thinks otherwise. Heart says Raghav; brain says society. Both are right in their place. Raghav & Sammy are always a treat to watch. With a friend like Sammy; I'm sure Raghav will always take the right decision. After playing ringa ringa roses with his feelings, he decides to rescue his damsel in distress. Even though he mistakenly blurted out his feelings go her; he goes along with the flow and tries to win Kalpi's heart.
Pakhi today surprised me! Her excited expressions were surprisingly believable. In most episodes, I normally find her every emotion the same. Sometimes expressionless; but today she was great to watch. Pakhi as the rich & spoiled princess; she's in for a heartbreak in the long run. Maybe not now, but somewhere along the line. Manda working with Neetu; in my perception, I think Pakhi will hate Neetu even more as she may be the cause of her heartbreak. All Neetu sees is money and Pakhi wants to change herself for Raghav. But Neetu going to the chowl could go in two directions respectively. Either Raghav could put Neetu in her place and confess his feelings for Kalpi in front of everyone; leaving Pakhi devastated and in despair, or, he could play along with the dumb charades and have a different motive. The motive being: he could use Pakhi to make Kalpi jealous and mislead Neetu to make her think that he has fallen for her trap.
The woman that Kamla has kept in her custody, still a little confusing to me. She clearly has a very big part to play in one of the character's lives. Who she could affect and how? Still haven't got a clear picture. I hope they don't misuse this concept and turn it into another meaningless twist.
After quite some time of some Kalpi-Raghav-Pakhi episodes going up and down; some times episodes with no meaning at all. Today, in my point of view, the story progresses. A very meaningful episode and the dialogues were spot on. Technicalities and story were top notch.
BUT. The episode, in my opinion, belonged to Kalpi & Pakhi. The way Pakhi portrayed her excitement today left me in awe and I was very happy & surprised at the same time. Seeing her improve as an actor was a cherry on top of the icing today. Kalpi as usual, hats off. Her emotions were portrayed beautifully and were very touching.
TRPs from last week was 3.0. This week was very interesting and the story really progressed. New layers of the characters were shown impeccably well. This weeks trps come out tomorrow and my guess for the TRP is 2.9-3.1. I don't think it'll fluctuate much but I surely do hope it rises above 3.1.
