This thread is to find out about the longest running Tamil serials... if you know any Tamil serials that crossed the 1000th episode mark then do let me know by posting here.

Some idiots have removed a Wikipedia page I modified about 'List of Serials aired on Sun TV (India) 😭

Heck load of information, just erased it... 😡

Kolangal - 1553

Vasantham - 1109 😃

Magal - 1015

Kasturi went past 1000 episode but I have no idea how many episodes it went for

Guess 1500 as a rounded number 😕

It is supposed to be 1533 😃

I don't know anything about this serial apart from the fact that the production house is Radaan 😆

After Munthanai Mudichu, there is about 500 episodes gap for the next serial
So it will be a while, till we get a new addition 😆

Meanwhile, today Pillai Nila reached the 500th episode
