It's Ironic, right? The man is considered ' parsa ' in this situation and the other woman gets blamed? I think it's also much easier to blame the other woman than the man whom you love. It is a diluted kind of thinking but it pretty much sums it up; if the other woman wasn't around to entice the man, he wouldn't have cheated.
Laila thinks that Rudra is becoming ' Paro's ' because she is more beautiful than her. It's quite unfortunate that woman is always made to think less of herself, while the man remains untarnished. Laila is no different, she is falling prey to her quiet little voices inside her.
