Will Ahem go for custody

Gopi never lied to vidya she told her that if you pray hard enough then kanaji will hear you and your prayers be answered, When she told her about kokila she called her ma jasi her guru.

Unfortunately, I think Ahem still insists on taking Vidya without Gopi

There was a video for the shoot and they showed the scene where after Gopi meets Vidya, Ahem also reaches there and shouts at Gopi.. Vidya pretends to fall ill and Jigar I think insists that they stop fighting and take Vidya to a hospital.
I think it will be a doctor who prescribes that atleast for Vidya's sake Ahem and Gopi live together and maybe that is why Gopi will have to go to MM under the condition that she be treated properly..

Let's hope Ahem has no intentions for filing for custody and even if he does, It will in one way bring the truth out..

yes i forgot about that so again ahem going to snatch vidya but yesterday i read on a forum that in the indian court they give custody to the mother as child need his or her mother more so ahem will lose out

It is true that the mother gets custody? The Modis will have to prove that Gopi is an unfit mother, which will be an uphill task for them as the court will take into a number of things but they will also ask the child.

Gopi has a whole school behind her children who will become her lawyers whilst modis have money they will try to find something bad on gopi but never will

Suk, the Modis have money and resources. Gopi on the other hand is still a sucker and will not say or do anything that demeans her Maaji or Ahemji. I have not seen Ahem and Koki show the same restraint.

While courts do usually support the mother when the child is as small as Vidya, Gopi's past makes it really shaky when it comes to a case.. Her dropping Meera, though an accident, still does not help..

But one good thing is the fact the Vidya speaks her mind and her views will surely be taken into account.
