Suchi, great post.
Saw this post yesterday night ..but just tired to reply back :(.All the hatred and anger that Shlok shows is his mask and behind that mask is a very soft individual who really loves and cares for her.
But I don't think she said that he really loves and cares for her. All she said is his hatred is a mask and deep inside he is a broken heart with agony inside and he hides that with his mask. So, she understands him but does not think yet that he loves her. She is going to be his soul mate who understands him inside out and finding such a person as a partner is difficult.
I also liked a couple of things how you mentioned about the Ardhanarishwara pose ..on how they sat..she sits on his lap; they both feeding the sweets like they do in the marriages.
He fed her 3 sweets now due to his nature ...he better shower her 3 times of loves when he acknowledges it 😊. I also liked the fire scene, where she thinks of becoming like Swathi to relieve him from past shadows, wonder if she will blur away from him or this will be a new fresh start of their lives.
