Part 7

I didn't want to take things forward at a fast pace , so I decided to be normal with her. It had been a week since we were friends .

We had our rehearsals early morning. So we reached the rehearsal hall , and we saw Kria dance. Honestly , it was a treat to watch her dance. She was a dancing princess , but I was confused why didn't she show her talent to others?

All complimented her for her dance. She gave them a small smile , and went. Suddenly I realized I needed a dance partner , and who could be much better than kria , plus with this I could go forward with my plan.

I called her. She turned. Out of curiosity I asked her.

"Why do you hide your dancing talent?"

"I don't hide it rey , I just don't like showing it. If I would have to hide it from people , I would have never revealed to you that I was the girl you danced with that day."

"Erm , but I really think you hide it , like some secret. Anyways , kria I need your favour."

"My? What?"

"Listen , I need a dance partner for a competition , Sharon is dancing with swayam , and other girls don't want to participate , just this one favor kria , please?"

"Rey I don't.."

"If you say No , this means you are hiding your dance."

"Okay."

I smiled in victory.

"Rehearsal hall , sham ko?"

"Fine. Now can I go?"

"Sure!"

I was waiting for her in the rehearsal hall , she was late , I went to find her , and saw her in a classroom.

"Dad , just once? Please?"

There was a sort of desperation in her voice , mixed with pain. Her dad probably cut the call , and she stared at the phone. I heard sob , but she controlled it. She turned and saw me , she was shocked.

"Rey?"

"Uh , you were late. Everything fine?"

She nods. But she didn't look fine. She was upset . And I don't know why I just wanted to hug her . But I didn't. Why should I? She did look adorable , with her nose turned red , but I had never seen her upset. Even when my gang had done her ragging. And it was disturbing to see her in that state.

No! I didn't have feelings for her. I mean who wouldn't find it disturbing to see such a strong girl , be upset .

"Shall we go?"

I nod , and we went.

Kria's P.O.V

I was speaking to my dad. I just wanted to meet him once. Didn't I deserve at least that much attention from him? Since that day , he had never met me , and he hardly spoke to me. It pained , but I was used to it .

Tomorrow was father's day , and I wanted to meet him , just for an hour. He didn't even reply , and just cut the call. I don't know why I sobbed. But I controlled it , kria ghai is not a person to cry over such issues. You have yourself for your support , you don't need anyone.

I turned to see rey. I was shocked.

"Rey?"

"Uh , you were late. Everything fine?"

For a second I had thought it was a part of his plan. But , no it wasn't . Cause in this one week I had noticed one thing , that rey wasn't a bad human being. He just had an elephant size ego and double the size of an elephant reputation of being a bad boy to be maintained.

But that does not mean , I was soft towards him. No! I knew he wants to take revenge. But now his expressions were genuine. He was in deep thoughts , and stared at my nose , what was so intresting in it?

"Shall we go?"

I asked him , and he nods. We went.

I reached the fire escape , and cursed out loud to my fate. Damn! Wait a second , why on earth am I running from this? You can't make me see that you're weak. Show him the new kria! Show him that you're no more the old kria.

But , why should I prove it to him? I know this and that's enough. I walked out of the fire escape and was walking lost , when I clashed with mr.rai prakash. Only thing left today! Thank you god. And by the way note the freaking sarcasm here.

"Sorry sir."

"It's fine."

His voice was cold . What was I expecting anyways.

"Kria?"

He said. I look at him.

"Yes?"

"Stay away from rey."

I look at him , his voice was of pure concern , but I am sure the concern was for rey not me. Of course why would he give a shit about me. Oh and obviously concerned about sharon. He should be!

"Reyaansh is my good friend , and I understand that you indirectly want me to stay away from sharon . But you don't need to worry sir, sharon is very safe , and I stay away from her. "

"Kria.."

He was going to say something. He looked angry.

"You know what forget it!"

He went away. I closed my eyes , and took a deep breath. My hands turned into a fist , I opened my eyes and saw rey standing in front of me.

"Kria?"

"R-rey ."

"Kya hua?"

"Nothing. I need to go."

I was going to leave when he held my hand. He turned me.

"Kria , what is your relation with sharon's dad?"

"Nothing!"

"I am no dumb fool to not understand something is fishy. Kria i-is h-he you-you're fa-father? I me-mean a-are yo-you li-like hi-his il.."

"Shut up reyaansh! How dare you say that. And he bloody isn't my father , just his friend."

"I am sorry but you were speaking to him so coldly that's why I just thought."

"Whatever."

"Am sorry kria."

He held his years , I nod. He smiled a bit.

"So your mood is off? What should I do to bring the smile back?"

"Ice cream please!"

I hadn't forgotten that it was his plan , but right now I just needed some ice cream and if he was offering , why not take the chance!

We went.

Rey's P.O.V

Man! Why on earth did I ask her that question. But it did seem so with the way she was speaking to him. I knew her mood was upset so to cheer her , asked her. We went to the canteen. Kria sat down , I gave her a smile and went to the counter.

"Two chocolate ice creams."

Something struck me. I smiled.

"You know what forget it."

I knew the best way to cheer her mood. I went to her.

"Kria come on , yaha ice cream nahi mil rahi."

"Kaha jaana hain?"

"Kria , chalo na!"

"Where?"

"Surprise!"

I took her hand and dragged her to the car. We reached the place. Here she will see a rey she has never seen.
