Umm..I don't know how many of you might agree with this, but I feel that, Preetika needs to work a tad bit more on her expressions.🤔

I liked everything about tonight's episodes and there were a lot of scenes actually with ZaYa tonight, for a change. Was glad about that.

The only thing, I was a little irked with was, Aaliya's blank expressions when Zain pulled her close. I didn't find any difference or the much needed shift in the tone of her expressions, while she was arguing with Zain in one scene & when he pulled her close, in the next. Or was that how, it was meant to be ? I'm not sure.

Aaliya's shyness, coyness, during the initial days was something, I found to be very endearing..it served as a total contrast to Zain's flirty, flamboyant nature. The famous kitchen scene in Bhopal, was beautiful. The scene where he prevents her from falling from the boat, was good too. But there's a marked difference in her expressions, then & now. Why is that ?

Is it the director and possibly Pree, who're ignoring those details nowadays, or do they just, think it's not necessary to show a contrasting aspect in expressions between Zain & Aaliya when such scenes turn up? considering..now she knows, that it's just Zain. Whereas, back then she understood him to be Zeeshan & was a bit more reactive naturally ?

She just stared right in the face. No blinking. Nothing which indicated, she felt affected, uncomfy or shy. Cause the scene was like, he was trying to tease her. And I actually found Aaliya's facial expressions to be a little rather blank or bland..I don't know. For that reason, I felt, Aaliya's expressions, failed to compliment, Zain's expressions well enough.

The same kinda happened in the 13th feb scene, where ZaYa argue after she gets down from the ladder & he pulls her by the neck. Her expressions, where still okay a little appropriate there, cause she wanted to prove him a point regarding, who was the "apahij" in their room. So she stuck with a determined look on her face.

But this scene was different.

Anyway, this was just what I felt. Really wanna hear, how all of you think of the same. I'm totally fine if you disagree. But do let me know, if it's just me or maybe, I'm over thinking.

P.S - Harshad has improved a lot these days!

Hey I felt She was really tired infact both Harshad and Preetika looked tired...nonstop shoot u know..

I guess..that can also play as a factor. True. Just that, we as internet audience who discuss & are aware of their schedules .. we do understand. But those that straight up watch the

show, might not be as granting, if they don't find the chemistry much in their close scenes, except for their kit-kits.

I was talking to three of my friends today who watch BI..and they said the same thing, that they watch it on & off, cause they like ZaYa's kit-kits, but find Aaliya expressions sometimes too stiff in ZaYa's close scenes (these days).

I feel bad, that they're so worn out & fatigued. But when the story has to progress beyond their kit-kits someday, it will not pay off well, if she continues looking so exhausted..

I felt the same, she seemed totally blank, and as usual zain was fab! Think Aaliya should have acted shy or something would have been better

I agree the actors look so tired. I am actually hoping they get a day off this weekend to refresh themselves.

And when I was watching the scene, personally for me, I felt like Aliya looked helpless. She has been trying so hard to find out what is going on with Zain. He refuses her help to save the girl, does not give a name, suddenly disappears in the night. He says he is doing nothing wrong, but she feels so insecure. I read a question in her expression "Please Zain. Make me understand! Why are you being so secretive. Help me understand and clear my insecurity about you, about us" And then he suddenly drops the bomb about their first holi and she feels confused and uncertain.

Also there is some editing mistakes. They use the same frames again and again so it looks repetitive and the same expression persists. The long shot they showed. It was shown 2-3 times, all same frames. Just cut copy paste. But I understand there is not much time these days what with they had the holi shoots and they have telecasts also.

Coming to improvement. Both have improved a LOT. But definitely Harsh has changed more. His eyes have started becoming expressive. Preeti still has the doll wala looks. But I guess with time and practice it will change. And some much needed rest for both of them.

I wanted something like shy, or uncomfortable atmost like you mentioned, Shiiya. A contrast, always helps in building chemistry & complimenting the two characters involved, but Aaliya seemed a little blank.

i agree! but i am also noticing sum improvements! once hectic shchedule is over, the sum part of lost chem will be back!!

I agree, it's also probably because of the editing. Either they're using the same frame too often, or maybe they're zooming in on her face too much. The close-up, especially when she looks as tired, can only work against the favour of the essence of such a scene.

They badly need a break in that case & I hope they get one!

Pree has an amaziiing dialogue delivery and expressions in ALL the other scenes except the romantic ones. As you said pre-nikaah she used to be bang on with the expressions but after nikaah she went a little blank. One possibility may be that romantic scenes can be a little awkard :P so giving the appropriate expressions everytime may not be possible. (for Pree, Harshad doesn't seem to have any problem :P)

But I'm sure she might be working on them and she will improve soon😊

i completely agree with you 🤓 when he pulled her close i expected an array of emotions but instead Pree aka Aliya just stood there blankly staring at Zain..

Of course i understand that their tired and exhausted but as neutral audiences who might not simply sympathise might not be too understanding 😔

the CV's better let them rest and unwind because in any future close proximity scene i better see ALOT of DIFFERENT EMOTIONS 😳
