By the end of the episode I too was awestruck.. n trust me I will get to those parts in a while..
But while I was rewatching the episode i was struck by this moment...
Look at those eyes.. drenched in pained tears.. she looks him in the eyes and those wounded eyes r telling him she isn't giving up.. she is not going to bow down in front of him.. even if she has to hurt herself she will do it, but she will not go against her beliefs and principles and nor will she bow down before fate.. she will fight to the end no matter what it costs her, as long as she doesn't have to give up her self respect, her beliefs.. her steely resolve and that fighting spirit stared out of those tear drenched eyes at him..
He was shaken for a moment seeing that resolve staring back at him... and he was appalled in disbelief..shocked and devastated seeing that expression in her eyes.. devastated cz he too realized for a moment what it has cost her.. before he could school his thoughts and rationally think, his expression was a clear give away..
And she continued to look at him, in his eyes, for a moment not concealing even a fraction of what she was feeling in her at that moment... her eyes were the windows to her soul for that moment of time. and she allowed him in.. showing him exactly what she was feeling.. until he too comprehended it fully...
