Aamir Khan-Ranveer Singh Considered For Nimirnthu Nil Remake

Nimirnthu Nil may have opened up to mixed reviews but it has not stopped Samuthirakani from planning remakes for the film. The director wants to take the film to other languages including Hindi and wishes to cast Aamir Khan or Ranveer Singh for the lead role played by Jayam Ravi in the action thriller flick, which was released last week.
In an interview, Samuthirakani has revealed his plans to remake it in Hindi and Kannada. As we all know, the film has been simultenously shot in Telugu titled Janda Pai Kapiraju with Nani in the lead role. Now, he is planning to remake it in Hindi and Kannada. The director has claimed that he is going to approach Aamir Khan and Ranveer Singh for the Bollywood version.
Whether Aamir Khan or Ranveer Singh accept the offer is the secondary question but Samuthirakani is keen on remaking it in Hindi. The director has added that Kannada superstar Puneet Rajkumar has shown interest in the remake. They had earlier worked in Poraali remake titled Yaare Koogadali.
However, Nimirnthu Nil was released on Saturday (March 8). The story of the film is about a man, who is brought up with good disciplines and values, battles against corruption. He exposes 147 corrupt government officials with the help of media. What he receives in return for his brave act forms the crux of the story.Jayam Ravi, Amala Paul, Ragini Dwivedi and Sarath Kumar are in the lead roles.
