Disintegration as decribed, would like to interpret as reasons of conflicts.

In recent times, I have realized that for growth of any sector it is very essential that there should be friction among thought process of the doers or in simple terms there should be conflicts and the energy generated by these conflict, with right direction and moulding can ensure positive growth. Makes me say, yes as a Nation, we (India) is prospering.

I agree, Not at the rate we would have liked though, reason (with right direction and moulding can ensure positive growth) NOT happening!.
