Shantanu Maheshwari B'day IV-Telly Tadka and Tellytimes article

The immensely popular and well known, Shantanu Maheshwari, better known as Swayam' from Channel V'sDil Dostii Dance, celebrates his birthday today!

When we got in touch with Shantanu to know his birthday plans and birthday resolution this year, he said "Arey koi birthday resolution toh nahi hai, I mean, New Year resolution hi kafi hai! (Laughs). But yes I plan to spend the day with my family and close friends, for which I have taken a chutti from shooting today. I also plan to have a small celebration with my D3 cast and crew. Other than that, nothing really special".

When we asked Shantanu about how he feels to have trended the highest, even higher than Shahid Afridi after the India Pakistan match, he said "Oh it feels great! I mean I never thought that Vrushika- Shantanu would trend higher than the India-Pakistan match! So it just feels awesome! Vrushika and I are really happy, and we would both like to thank our fans for so much love and support, as always".

Finally, when we asked him about whether he is on any of the social networking sites currently, he said "No, I am currently not on Twitter and Instagram. To be honest, I am not even very aware of what Instagram is! Though yes I might come on Twitter sometime soon. Not very sure, but there are chances of me getting on to these social networking sites".
