And frankly, if one has to follow a celeb, I would anyday chose a sports person over an actor...but then again, after years of wearing and forcing all my friends and relatives to buy the Livestrong Armbands endorsed by Lance Armstrong...I have become much wiser! That was so shocking to me!
I think beauty products used by film-stars have the maximum influence...that is why most cosmetic brands go for big film-stars and not unknown faces.
The Lipstick which Ash wore during her wedding apparently sold out of stores within 48 hours after L'Oreal very snarkily printed a front page congratulations message for Ash and Abhishek's wedding, adding in not-so-small print, that Ash will be looking like the most beautiful bride in the world in her L'Oreal Color Riche Pink 809 Shade!😆

Haha lol..Word to following a sports person over an actor😆 I relate a lot more to the former probably because their success and failure affects you in a more direct manner than that of film stars..Or thats just me i guess😆 I have loved almost every single Rolex ad of RF's till date and am totally gonna buy one once i start working😆

Roopa Banian, I can believe is actually used by a lot of celebs! I mean, most men wear it and I guess since its not seen and is such a basic piece of clothing, doesn't matter much!

Talking of atta and Chakki there is this new product called Rotimatic...and boy am I waiting for it like no one else...my heart mind and soul want this product now...youtube it https://youtube.com/watch?v=EsfccHgWDb0 for those who make fresh atta and rotis everyday (wonder is such a lame female population still exists in this day and age but I do😭)
and you will know why

@Roger, trusting a sportsperson is far easier, cause you can actually see them using the products they endorse. Like if Sachin endorses Nike shoes, its cause he wears them too while playing. But who is to tell me that Katrina Kaif actually uses the dry and flaky Lux Soap on her skin every day?😆
PS: Federer reminds me of my favorite Tennis player, Steffi Graff...the same clinical precison and complete 100% dedication to the sport! Like they were just born to play Tennis and nothing else!

Yeah i guess that makes endorsements by sports persons a lot more credible..But who is to say Virat drinks boost everyday or Dhoni drinks Pepsi?😆

Yup the ease and class with which he plays tennis is quite something..After watching him play, i don think i can ever wholeheartedly root for a any tennis player after he retires😆

I think its the trust and awe factor...if Ash uses the Maybelline eyeliner, it must be the best product in the market! (Though I highly doubt actors use the products they endorse...I for one cannot believe that Kareena Kapoor uses boro plus on her face😆)

She actually does use Lakme 😆

She sticks to other far more expensive brands (YSL, Gucci etc) but she does use Lakme too. 😆 😆

Ash does use L'Oreal. Again, a looot of other far more expensive stuff, but she's given soo much of it, she ends up using it. 😆 😆

Funny.
But I've never ever in my entire life been influenced by an actor. Whether it be a product or a cause.

I just instinctively know they're lying it's all for money. 😆 😆

Somehow all this has never entered my brains when am buying a certain product.

( Also because I don't believe L'Oreal, Lakme or Lux are good. That is my personal opinion, I don't mean to offend anybody. *praying no-one from these brands is online on this thread.* 😆)

I do that only for some eatable products and that too only when my favorite celeb endorses it 😛

Like I've always been a pepsi-addict because SRK endorsed it. And infact I'm still pepsi-addict because now Ranbir endorses it. Have started loving Oreo biscuit even more because of Ranbir! ❤️

But yeah I can't do the same with cosmetics and accessories... Quality naam ki bhi koi cheez hoti hai. 😆 For example, only sunsilk shampoo suits me, no matter whether Deepika endorses it or Alia. 😆
