I think all cancerians are more than what appear to be.
Arjun is typical cancerian who makes you feel he is answering everything correctly but in truth is still a very hurt boy inreagards to what happened with his parents.

Yeah i get that..Its sorta obvious he is still hurt about the whole thing but if he really is all that he claims to be, how can he go ahead and have an affair with a a married woman?😕 I have the same doubt when it comes to Ranbir too..I mean he clearly is more attached to his mom and still holds it against his dad for all that he put her through but shouldn't that actually stop him from philandering or cheating? I'l never understand how their mind works..Its probably the effect of their damaged childhood😕😆

He is aloof and moody. I don't read much to his behavior as 5 year old, kids can be cranky and moody. Not even sure about the family dynamics at that time.

But he is not holier than thou as far as his behavior is concerned. Extremely insecure, he is.

@Moogli - Have you read the comments by a poster on jack's blog, he has spilled some serious gossip. He doesn't have nice things to say about Arjun too!

Well I don't know psychology much but how a child grows up and the environment he is hugely influences how he might become as a man. Also, parents in Indian families have huge influence on their kids.

Kids like Ranbir and Arjun might have gown up with warped sense of morality. Dad did it and didn't get caught so it is ok if I do it too. In Ranbir's case his mother still stuck by his father despite what happened to her which is one of the reason he might never let go of Katrina. Though to be honest Katrina is a lot smarter than she seems.

In Arjun's case if none of the people from Salman's family have stopped him yet then I guess he is going to continue no matter who the girl is. He has just recently come out of his shell, lost weight, became an actor, has someone like Ranveer to teach him to be more bold in approaching women 😆

I adore Arjun and I will say that in all this the praise surely goes to his mom.

Hats off to Mona Kapoor for instilling her children with such manners and respect. Though she was the woman scorned in her marriage, she still proved what a dignified woman she is by letting her children have a relationship with their father and for teaching them to respect Sri.

I know for a fact that no matter how much of a front he puts up that yeh he respects the relationship and what not. He doesn't at all, he probably still feels some hatred for his father and will always be hurt. Yes Boney is his dad so he still loves him but there will always be a resentment towards Boney from Arjun.

If the reporter's father did this with their mother I doubt they would want to be asked stuff about it from friends and family. So for celebs it is the same thing they don't want to discuss something like this, they are humans too. For Arjun and his sis it is even harder because their life and its issues were in the spotlight ever since they were little. They weren't celebs then but I'm sure they went to school with kids who knew about their dad's affair. Seeing your father with another woman and then he has another set of kids hurts a lot. Especially because you know he has no time for you and never even thought about you before impregnating a home-wrecker. Seeing your father dote on other children is horrible. He was kid when he went through this and I know he must have been heartbroken when he went through. No child comes out of it happy, they may show on the outside that they are happy but sometimes if something happens to remind them about the affair it brings them down. They do get depressed and start questioning everything. Somewhere behind all the happy faces is the hurt.
