No way they can show that! Thakur is like royalty for the village ... he cannot marry a nautch girl. His villagers wouldn't accept it, and he would lose his authority over them completely. It's like Rudra, who would use Laila casually for bedding, but would not think of marrying her. Cruel, but true in that society.
Yup. Exactly. If they do team up it will come with benefits on the side. She will be his mistress. Infact, do we know for sure that the thakur has married Rudra's mom? All I've heard so far is, that she ran away. No one has mentioned that the parents divorced.
