OMG...Diya.. thank goodness she had no gun on her...Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!

The face-off was just brilliant. Reason one being that these two talk and spill it all out. When Paro said now you will say that you were born to protect me! And he goes, "Yes I saved you!"...I loved this bit of their argument the most...it was deep and was the crux of their relationship.

And then of course thank goodness he disclosed everything about about Varun. Never mind if she does not believe at this point of time. But she will have a lot to sit and think about when the real truth is out.

Second reason being they were both brilliant. Loved Sanaya going wide-eyed in shock and Ashish lashing out in frustration and anger. The push she gives him at the end was just superb.

Somewhere here felt Rudra went beyond his call of duty. This was not Majorsa and a captive's face-off. It was more personal. Maybe here we can find out answer as to why he wants to marry her knowing she is innocent.

He has lost her once to Varun, do you think he would let her go the second time. Punishment he sahi, but now it goes beyond that, his feelings for her run deep...whatever they may be at this point...protectiveness, possessiveness, care, fear for her life, attraction...strangely they all sum up to Love.

dd, awesome take!!!

Yes, PaRud scene was awesome ... these two are powerhouse performers, and they feed off each other in their scenes. Today was the best PaRud scene so far ... I love the way Rudra is unknowingly opening up to Paro more and more, and she is less and less afraid to confront him.Today the lines for Rudra were definitely blurred ... he was anxious, frustrated and angry that she was not seeing the danger SHE was in and was exposing herself to it more and more, that was his prime concern. He spilled the entire border story to her, and she didn't buy it ... but somewhere it will have registered, and when she thinks over it, or when even one small thing triggers a crack in her blind faith in Tejawat, then all these statements by Rudra will come back to her and make sense.

About Mohini, so Tej knew she was married before and had a son. She also continues to call Dilsher her husband and Danveer her devarsa. He is even ready to help her meet her son.

This means her marriage is not dissolved and she wears the sindoor and mangalsutra in Dilsher's name. So is she just living with Thakur. You can't be married again until you end the first isnt it? But do the villagers of Birpur know that? What is the deal with Tej? To still be married and live with another man. How come Tej is ok with that. Some mystery there.

This part of the mystery ... is a big mystery still! 😆 Nothing quite makes sense here ... we will just have to wait and watch as things unfold. Is Mala married to the Thakur? Did he know she was married before? Is she really what Mohini says, a greedy woman, who walked out on Dilsher because she wanted a better life? The villagers think she is Thakur's wife for sure ... but he has actually never said that ... he always said 'the day you came into my life' etc.

Also after all that Paro told Rudra that she does not believe her life to be in danger, she decides to stay back in the room. No doubt she does not want to participate in the revelry, but she always defies him. So how did things change now...I wonder. Somewhere she might have started to sit and think.

I wonder that too ... is Paro slowly starting to believe Rudra? Or at least think about it? And will she get to know about the attack on her life? Will that guy succeed in attacking her at all, or will he be found by Rudra before he gets near Paro? He's at her door in the precap.

Sanaya looked like a Princess. Royal and regal and stunning in the sea-green ensemble... a colour that stands for hope and new beginnings.

I can't say this too many times ... Sanaya in that sea green was simply STUNNING! Hope and new beginnings ... if Paro sees an attack on her life, then it will truly be a new beginning ... Monday come soon! 😆

Cant wait for Monday...tooo far away...

captured the feel of the episode perfectly!

rudy boy said that he really needs that signature.. and so he will continue terrorizing her to sign.
he also said that he will marry her either way.. as punishment for her refusal to sign, if it comes to that. (actually, she is at a stage that no one wants her, not even the army.. and i don't think anyone will care if he actually does marry her. )

as you said, the special episode was shining beauty.. very specially decked out. it was an intriguing watch for those new to the serial.. i'll say trp is gonna jump up next week.

Thank you! 😃
Yep, right now, the only person who cares about Paro is Rudra ... he wants her alive, to sign the paper ... the BSD only want proof, for them Paro is just a witness. If he marries her, she loses even that position, because she can't testify for or against Rudra.

Hope you're right about the trps 😃 The sets and costumes were amazing this week.

Perfect title and a great post, Diya!⭐️ Among all the festivities, the singing and dancing, the lights and decorations, there is this pall of danger, of impending doom that is lurking, and is very apparent to the people in the know. In other words, the audience, Rudr and MoChi Sa. Saddest part is that Paro appears to be completely unaware of this, when it is her life that is danger the most.
Exactly so, Savs!⭐️ He does not believe in her innocence yet...to him, she is still the treacherously beautiful woman that she ever was. In his one-tracked mind, her refusal to accept Thakur's guilt firmly puts her in the dock. He just cannot comprehend that what is patently true to him, could be anything less clear to anyone else. He might listen to his heart for a moment and consider her to innocent if she accepts that Thakur is the villain, and that she unknowingly became part of his schemes.
Both are blinded by their prejudices and preconceptions. A huge dose of open-mindedness is in order for both😃

Thanks, Vistaa ... yes, for Rudra, things are black and white ... her refusal to accept Thakur's guilt makes her guilty by association ... but that last outburst seemed as though he was trying to convince her of the truth, not that he felt she knew it already. The lines are getting blurred for the Major somewhat.

Hey Diya! 🤗

finally I am back on your thread! I was in India ironically for the past few weeks - so with my internet connection being infrequent i could only watch the episodes here and there and never live - as fast paced as this forum is - i had only watched the episodes when other episodes or SBS were being discussed! Anyway am back home now and ready to partake in the RR madness properly!

What a last few weeks! paro and rudra were still on the run and not in the haveli last time I watched here and now they are getting married! Shotgun wedding! or should that be confession statement wedding!😉

i love it - even the small hints of potential romance ( love your siggie by the way) - coming to the episode - all nicely set up for next week - poor Rudyboy - does he look out for terrorists, assassins, incensed long-term lovers, weepy-tortured mother, criminal lynchpin Tejawat - nope he is busy seeing where the vision in green with the headache is! ( nicely tucked up in her room sewing (?!))😛

Thanks, Anita, and good to have you back!!! 🤗 Lots has happened in six weeks ... the current discussion is whether the wedding will happen or not!

@bold ... 🤣 So much happening around him, but Rudyboy's entire attention and concentration is on that vision in green ... he can't think beyond her! Can't say that I blame him!

Next week promises to be exciting ... so you're back in good time . Looking forward to your posts again!

So does that mean Tejawat will be proven guilty so soon...what's the story track for him then ahead?
How else will Rudra prove himself unless Paro signs and if she signs they won't get married as there won't be a reason!
If she doesn't sign and he gets thrown out and still marries her how will he expose Tejawat without being in uniform?

Maybe something will happen, enough to prove that Rudra was right to fire on the baraat, but without implicating Tejawat completely, so he gets off on a technical loophole. I can't imagine how the story will proceed if Rudra is thrown out ... neither can it proceed if Tejawat is thrown into jail. But if Paro is convinced of Tejawat's guilt, why would she marry Rudra? She will sign the papers and that will release her from the marriage.

Or else, Rudra is thrown out of the BSD and then decides to pursue Tejawat to justify himself and regain his job and life ... so the hunt continues. But then Rudra will be even more bitter and all that bitterness will come out on Paro.

And what about Laila's role in all this?

Cannot guess ... we jus have to wait and watch.

.

Special mention to the costume designer and the set designer today ... the haveli was beautifully decorated .. and all the costumes were brilliant. A big round of applause for this part👏👏 They were very well coordinated.

Sanaya looked like a fairy princess. She is competing with herself and each day she surpasses herself.😛 Her outfit, her hair style, her eye-make up was very well done. BTW, KCM said that "Chand bhi Sharma jayega" dialogue in front of the whole village. For once, she was spot on Paro Bai sa.

Maithili looked lovely, Sunehri was cute, and Mohini's outfit and jewelry was very, very traditional and elegant. The men were all very well turned out too. Ummm ... except for Rudra's blinding mirror jacket. 😛 It is good to see Sunehri maintaining her laughter in that house.😆

Scene of the Day ... the PaRud faceoff ... Rudra's frustrated helpless anger comes up against the blank wall of Paro's stubbornly blind disbelief ... the righteous one is on the wrong side, and someone is going to get hurt in the attempt to convince her of the truth.
The dialogue delivery from Major Sa to expression on Paro Bai sa's face was in sync.

I loved how Major told his dad not to drink and Senior Ranawat's response to that. They both know each other so well and know what to expect from each other.😛

Hi Diya- Fab post as usual.😊
