Hi, welcome to IF and DM section 😃

The house is under some case. When results out, its going to be big money or value or something (not sure). Gayu plans to take control of that money. For that she needs to make sure the family is under her control. Thilaga is bright and smart thus will be hard to bring raju under Gayu. So she got thilaga out. And spoil raju by giving him cash daily. Only person she cant control in the family is Prakash thus she tries to make him a bad character. So that once the sottu issue is solved, she can gain everything to herself.
