The questions about Danveer and thakurain...same echo in my brain too!

Danveer didn't know where his bhabhi sa was but he called and said she has to meet him that night...no question of whether she can come!
And why did he have to tell her about the marriage as if it's real...only to say he can't say how the marriage is happening and she can't attend!

The whole pitch of thakurain...about wanting to take Rudra and her 15 year wait...unless we know why she left ...the impact wasn't as much as it should have been! Because we have seen the effect on Rudra i guess and we have seen her living happily with thakur as well!

Rudra's and thakurains eyes met and that was certainly sweet and poignant...he was so lost and the little child pining for his mother took over!

Paros JALLAD returned to scare her some more with how the marriage would be but the seduction routine was so gentle that she also forgot it was JALLAD for a min! šŸ˜†

Kakisa and Paro had the last word today leaving Rudra to fume over why women in his life are so difficult ...šŸ˜†šŸ˜†

Danveer and Thakurain scene fell very flat ... I thought he would at least tell her about the circumstances in which the marriage was happening, then it made sense that he didn't want to tell her over the phone in case Mohini overheard. And Sadia's dialogue delivery was very flat ... there was no longing or pain in her voice or her eyes.

Did Rudra recognise his mother's voice? Or felt an echo of it ? It seemed so ... but he seemed more struck by the eyes. That scene was good ... the glimpse of her eyes through the pouring rain, Rudra getting momentarily lost in the eyes and/or the voice ... an echo of the past.

Rudra was more prepared this time on the effect Paro might have on him ... this time Paro was the one more flummoxed. I also sensed a stung tigress lashing out when he said 'who wants to touch you anyway' ... her comeback was to tell him she will go for the jhaanki.

Methinks once Paro falls in love with her Jallad, she will not be the silent sacrificing demure coy damsel ... she will be as possessive and aggressive as he is. As it is, she never loses an opportunity to let him know what she thinks of him ... she told him he hurt her wrist, and he was unbearably gentle when he put the bangles on thereafter.

Rudra is in for a tough time between the two women, wife and kaki šŸ˜†

Both Rudra and Mohini have a two pronged approach- increase surveillance outside and step up the pressure at home. Glad that they are showing Rudra having a plan B and not depending on Paro alone. There is already so much drooling on the PaRud scene, so suffice to say both actors were top notch and the scene was captured beautifully. Sanaya looked gorgeous and the camera work, lighting was very good. So much has been said about Sanaya's heaving so want to point that there is a noticeable reduction in it.

Always enjoy Rudra-Mohini scenes and could not stop chuckling when Rudra called her bhatakti aatma. šŸ˜† Mohini has the most entertaining dialogues and it is one of the major reason which makes her character tolerable and interesting for me. Of course Ananya has great sense of timing.

Interesting precap, Thakur is neither convinced nor happy about his wife's rainy night rendezvous. This battle between Rudra and Tejawat is soon going to turn personal too leading to more viciousness and many lives are going to be thrown into further turmoil.

Today, the first scene of Danveer and Thakurayan was the weakest. The dialogue delivery was flat and lacked the emotion or urgency of a mother desperate to meet her son after 15 years of wait. It felt very mechanical and bland. Hoping for better mother-son scenes in future.

U ... great take as always 😃 The Danveer Thakurain scene fell flat for almost everyone ... Sadia's dialogue delivery was way off, not in tune with her desperate words at all. Hope she gears up ... all the actors in the show are superb, and are at the top of their game here. She is a very good actress, maybe today was just an off day, she is back after a gap of nearly a month.

I enjoy the Kaki-Sumer scenes too ... her one liners are fabulous there. Gave a whole new meaning to 'akal ghutnon mein' šŸ˜† And the Rudra Kaki scenes are always good to watch ... a constant game of one upmanship with both players watchful and alert, ever waiting to get in a strike. I liked the way Rudra defended his flirting with Paro ... he might have been trying to weaken Paro and break her ... but not at the cost of humiliating her in front of others. This is their own private tussle, and it stays between them. Even though it was superfluous ... Kaaki already knows the truth.
And the same with Paro ... she keeps their battle between them ... she didn't defy Rudra in front of Kaaki, but only after she had left.

PaRud scene ... some people liked it, some felt he crossed the line. The point is that Rudra IS crossing the line ... he HAS to ... he has to scare Paro enough that she breaks off the marriage and sign the paper. And Paro knows that ... they both know exactly what the other is doing. Paro is NOT scared of him in the physical sense ... yes, he has hurt her, but never in the molestation way. She is so not scared of him that she dares to immediately defy him after that scene ... in stating her intention explicitly to do exactly what he doesn't want her to do ... go for the jhaanki.

Nice post.šŸ‘

These are some of my thoughts on today's episode.

1) The mom-son scene was very well picturised. Today, we actually heard from her side and her longing for him. And she couldn't recognize him when he came in front. What does destiny have in store for these two. Senior Ranawat has filled Rudra Bana with poison regarding his mom and yet today he just lets her go listening to her voice. What an effect she has on him.

2) Major is getting romantic day by day thanks to Paro Bai sa.šŸ˜‰ She was looking so beautiful today. No wonders he was willing to help with the jewelry and slip down the churis. šŸ˜‰He is also persistent on calling her "Paro"šŸ˜› Way to go Major.

Hiya Tennessean 😃

Agree about the mom-son scene ... that was well done, with the pouring rain acting as the veil between mother and son ...
Did Rudra recognise his mother's voice? Or was it just a familiar echo from the past? It was enough to make him lost for a little while ... and to gaze after the car as it disappeared into the night with a slightly haunted look. He claims he hates his mom, he hates all beautiful women, yet its his mother and another beautiful woman, Paro, who have the maximum effect on him. Paro, raised by his own mother, and so like her in temperament ... calm, dignified, and loving.

Paro was looking stunning today ... no wonder Major-sa is getting lost in her. He was much better prepared today for the flirtation ... but Paro didn't give an inch and managed to retain her dignity, despite the closeness, and her defiance. His soft, buttery 'Paro' almost got her though ... she did not want him to call her that.
What struck me though is that she is not scared of him any more ... she is starting to be more scared of her own reaction to him. He protects her always ... and she lets him.

Initially I was irritated when Paro and Dilsher were spilling all the beans with all doors open.. CVs could have made this revelations in a better way.. I mean Mohini should have been given some more sleepless nights!

Anyways I was really hooked to the episode when Thakurain's car was stopped by BSD. Yesterday, I was complaining that there was no suspense and today so much of suspense! Rudra and Thakurain almost met each other! Beautifully done scene!

The best scene was of course PaRud scene. They are such a wonderful match for each other. Their words, attitude, strength, mood - everything is perfectly in sync! And Rudra's instinct to save and protect Paro is so instant!

Loved it today!

Thanks, Monica 😃

Yep, Mohini got everything far too easily, on a platter, as it were. But she doesn't know that Paro is a widow yet ... the only thing she got was that Paro was a bride, or almost a bride, earlier ... and that some people are after her. And that Rudra is trying to protect her, but Paro doesn't quite believe him. Which Mohini does, as the only thing she knows for a fact is that there ARE people hunting for Paro. She still has a lot more fact finding to do ... the next few episodes are going to be action packed. I'm almost sure we will end with a shoot out on Friday night, leaving us in suspense over the weekend šŸ˜•šŸ˜†

Rudra-thakurain scene ... beautiful. Ashish's expressions in particular, were spot on there. I loved the shot of his rudraksha clad wrist waving the car on, and the shot of Thakurain's eyes through the sheeting rain.

PaRud scene ... these two are so good together! Both Paro and Rudra are bluffing each other, and both know it ... she knows he is trying to break her with all this coming close and threatening her with what will happen after marriage ... and she's still holding strong. But Rudra is getting desperate, he's pushing her to the brink, because he has to. The last scene, when she tells him she will go for the jhaanki, and leaves ... leaving him rolling his eyes in frustration šŸ˜†

Detailed analysis as usual, loved reading it. Some how i felt that Sadiya was not in her element today except Danveer/Thakurain convo, rest of the episode was good. Rudra trying to break Paro's stand and she not yielding. Loved the scene when Paro quietly obliges Rudra grabbing her hand and pulling her behind him when Kakisa enters the Parud scene, she just subconsciously accepts him as her protector when others come into picture.

Thanks, Malini. Yes, I think we all agree on the first scene falling a bit flat.

The second half was all Paro Rudra, in different layers of their relationship ... defiant Paro, softly seductive Rudra ... and then protector and protected ... he is trying to bluff her into calling off the wedding, but he will not let her be humiliated by anyone else. And I noticed he takes the onus of the closeness on himself ... garam khoon, he is entitled to flirt with his fiancee, who will be his wife in four days ... he has no paap in his mind ... he is doing no wrong, and neither is she.

Howdy Diya,

Again a brilliant take. I still haven't recovered from Parud scenes and what with post over post giving us some awesome caps.ā˜ŗļø

The episode started with a letdown performance by Sadia. And I was discussing this with my friends, that would she be able to carry off scenes with Ashish/Rudra?

Ashish being such a powerful performer and after seeing Ananya and him in verbal wars...I really wonder if she can deliver. It scares me. I hope we are not left disappointed.

And about what Mala said to Danveer was all in bits and pieces. Like we mentioned at another post yesterday, she did come back...but the way she said it all just felt so shallow. There was no cry of plea...or was she staying in her element as a Thakurian. But then the scene does not demand that...here it was a mother meeting her Devar eager to know about her son.

Parud - From the moment the man strode in, running his hands through his mane began the game. He stopped in his tracks mesmerized by her simplistic beauty and grace. Noticed her hands at her neck and found the perfect chance to unnerve her and hate him for it.ā˜ŗļø

He lied through and through when he said "who wants to touch you" after all that touching and then goes on to pull her back to him. Typical male...But this time Rudra is completely aware that she is affected by his touch. He could see her flushed face and shut eyelids.

If this is just the beginning of the intensity of their hate romance...I imagine myself to be dead before it all ends.

Loved the way Rudra called her Bhatki Aatma...gosh the man just does not stop. But that laugh that followed yikes...it was eerie and scary. 😲Ananya is simply fabulous. Sadia needs to watch her on screen to make sure she is equally good.

Its going to be drama week from here on...tomorrow the big Jhanki where Paro looks like a Rajputana Princess, so very very regal!

Fab take, dd ... āļø yep, Sadia needs to up the ante for her scenes, she was just phoning it in yesterday. Her dialogues were there, but the delivery was flat, she didn't sound at all desperate or eager to meet her son after so many years.

PaRud ... that was some scene ... the man is gone šŸ˜† The moment he sees Paro, her hair on one side, looking so indescribably beautiful, he remembers his plan to scare her with the promise of intimacy to come ... of course his own feelings have nothing to do with it šŸ˜† 'Who wants to touch you anyway?' ... yeah right ... liar!!! šŸ˜†

Paro is defiant, she stays still ... but it is his gentleness which disarms her ... his roughness and brute force she can fight against, and she does ... but the softness, the gentle seduction is something that is beginning to melt her.

Sanaya was looking gorgeous in the scene, with the dark eye makeup and her glowing skin ... and she's looking even more beautiful in the jhaanki scenes coming up today and tomorrow. Royal princess to the T!

Next couple of days will be interesting! All the players are in position ... the drama is about to start.

And his touch gentles at the words. But he doesn't stop ... that's his plan to scare her, and tonight it seems to be working ... somewhat ... slightly ... maybe ...
His words are taunting, but his touch is soft, gentle ... as soft as his tone. She hates him, hates what he is doing ... she spits words of defiance and hate at him ... but doesn't move away.
If he used brute force, she would fight back ... but he doesn't. So she doesn't.

Interrupted by Mohini ... just when Rudra was enjoying getting the upper hand. But Mohini's taunts force him into the natural role of protector again ... no one attacks his Paro and gets away with it for long. The trade mark Rudra Paro pose, with Paro safely behind Rudra's shoulder, as he faces the attacks for her. ā˜ŗļø
The precap shows more movement ... Thakur questions the Thakurain, and his men are trying to see Paro's face. All is leading to some big dhamaka, and some more revelations.

Lovely analysis, Diya!
"she falters only in her choice of agents. " šŸ‘ Spot on!! Poor, beleaguered Sumer is completely out of his depth.

@ bold: Love these lines. His plan sure is working - just not the way he wants it.
@ trademark PaRud pose: Great point! šŸ‘ So now he feels the need to protect her from verbal barbs as well. And she allows herself to seek the protection of his broad back.
@ Precap: I was a bit taken aback that the Thakur questioned her. I'm sure he'll find out easily enough from her driver. And the man trying to sneak a glimpse of Paro looks like the shooter in the spoiler. As you say, it's building up...
