I am really happy that Rudra has not visited Laila since so many days.
But I wonder how Laila will take this neglect.
"Eight Years" , she said. "For the eight years that I have been with you , I haven't let even the shadow of any other male fall on myself".
She was warning him in no uncertain words. Not that Rudra will ever pay any heed to her warning.
In any case, since he brought Paro home, his thoughts are always full of her, one way or the other. He hasn't felt the physical urge to visit Laila. Just shows that he is not really a janwar , like he likes to portray.
In fact I think he does the janwar act as a kind of defence mechanism, to keep people away from himself , building a strong barrier around himself. This act has served his purpose very well so far.
But, It is going to be Paro who will ultimately breach through this barrier.
