Tutorial on making Brushes out of your Art work/Preexisting pictures on the net.

System required: CS2 and above(I'm not sure if CS1 has the option.)

Step1).
Open your art or any picture that you want to convert into a brush and using either magic wand/pen tool/magic eraser, etc., erase the background and retain only those part you want as a brush.(remember that there is just one layer in your layer tab)

Note: It is not necessary to remove the BG if it is White or very very light shade of some color. But it is best to remove the BG.

Step2).
Go to Edit<Define Brush Preset.

Step3).
A dialog box opens. Give a name to your brush here and click OK:

Tut complete.

Now if you want to save this brush into presets, so that if ever you format your PC or change your PS, the brush does not gets deleted, follow the below steps too.

Step4).
Now click your brush tool and on the top the menu bar will have your brush options:

Click that little inverted triangle(in blue) and a drop down menu opens. This will have a parallel triangle on the top right corner(in red), click it.

When you click it a new drop down menu opens and in that select Preset Manager.

Step5).
The Preset Manager opens with your brush right at the end. Click on your brush once.

Step6).
When you click on your brush the side options become assessable. In that click Save Set.

Step7).
A dialog box will open and there put in a name of your choice for your brush set and click save.

Step8).
You will be back again on the Preset Manager, there simply click done and it will close.

Note: The number written under your brush(mine has 170 written), is the maximum value of the brush in b/w width and height. If the width is bigger then, that no. is given to the brush, if the height is more than width then that no. will be visible there.

I was making a texture for my gif but i ended up making something completely different and weird 😆

well since i think i don't need them 😆

I'm posting them here maybe someone of you might like them
