Unhappy with judge's decision

I am referring to the first judge who tried Aditya's case. I would like to know that since Raman was taken to court for the abuse of his son Aditya, how was he allowed to keep Ruhi. Didn't the judge find it weird that the mother didn't want custody of her 6 month old daughter. The son got taken away from his dad because he could talk & shout abuse but what abt the little 6 month old baby.

i think they manipulated the whole case i mean ashok and shagun .
