Does Saras know?

Does saras even know that he has a brother? Does kabir know that saras is his brother? I mean he should and when he was hugging saras he moved away from him. I wonder if that was hatred towards him or he didn't want saras to find out. It's so confusing and I'm eagerly waiting for the disclosure. So impataeint Lol.
