At the Suri mansion, Neha is sitting disconsolately on the verandah steps. Raj comes and sits down next to her.
Raj: Main pooch sakta hun….kya baat tumhe pareshaan kar rahi hai?
Neha: (dully) Preshaani se bahut aage ja chuki hun main Raj…ab mujhe kuch mehsoos nahin hota….
Raj: (sighing) Baar-baar puraani baton ko yaad karne ka kya faayda Neha? Waise bhi, jo kuch hua usme tumhari koi galti nahin thi…..
Neha: Lekin wo sab aaj bhi mera peecha toh kar raha hai na? (runs her hand over her forehead) Tum sab mere saath ho, phir bhi aaj mujhe bahut akelapan lag raha hai….
Raj takes her hand and looks squarely at her.
Raj: Neha…. maine apni life aise hi, bina zyada kuch soche, bina kuch khaas kaam kiye nikaal di hai….main tumhari tarah idealistic nahin hun….lekin phir bhi, tumhare dil ki baat samajh sakta hun…..aur main life mein pehli baar, kisi ko sachche dil se promise kar raha hun….ki main tumhe kabhi akela nahin mehsoos hone doonga…..
Neha just stares at him.
Raj: Kya tum poori life ke liye, mera saath bardaasht kar sakogi? (gives a wry smile)
Neha looks extremely confused and gets up. She walks a little way, then stops, her back to him. He walks slowly to her and touches her shoulder lightly. Abruptly, she turns and hugs him. He gathers her close.👏
JandA are watching all this from their bedroom window. Armaan gives a whoop of delight and Jassi quickly shushes him. "Dheere….wo dono sun lenge!"
Armu: Toh kya hua….sunne do….main abhi jaake unn dono ko congratulate karta hun!
Jassi: (grabbing his arm) No Armaan! Unhe abhi apna moment enjoy karne do….tum kabab main haddi mat bano….!
Armu: (pouting) Jassi, mujhe tum aajkal Vedika aur Ashish ki category mein daal rahi ho….yeh mat karo, wo mat karo…I'm not a child Jassi!
Jassi: (with mock anger) Main tumhe rokti hun…?? Aur tum jo uss din mujhe kamre mein band karke chake gaye the….
Armu whistles and pretends not to hear her. She nudges him, irritated. "Koi husband apni wife ko iss tarah kamre mein band karke chale jaata hai kya…."
He starts singing, "Hum tum….ek kamre mein band ho…." and winks at her. 😛
Jassi tries very hard to say, with utmost sternness, "I'm serious, Armaan…." but melts into giggles. That is enough for our Armu. He sweeps her into his arms and they both fall on the bed, laughing.😳😳😳
Mehta receives a call and picks up the phone, nervously. "Sir…?"
CJ is at the other end. "Main baahar aa gaya hun", he says shortly. "Lekin mere paas zyada time nahin hai….police meri talaash kar rahi hogi….tum agle 3 ghante mein, uss witness ko mere saamne lao!"
He stares evilly at the camera as he puts the phone down.
