After so many episodes have gone by...one thing remains the same..."Paro's testimony"...According to Rudra,Paro is the sole witness of this 'Border hatyakaand'...and we know that Paro knows zilch...But if she signs some ridiculous papers, she is free to go and move on and Tejawat will burn...
Definitely,Tejawat should burn...but is Paro's testimony enough??...Rudra's superiors want proof that what Rudra did that day was justifiable, that they were not innocent civilians, but armed and loaded terrorists...
But,i still think Rudra needs much more than just Paro's testimony...What do you guys feel??

Her testimony would serve as staring point for the BSD to further investigate tejawat & his activities.

With her testimony he can get a warrant to arrest Tejawar and bring him in for questioning at the least. This is based in my limited knowledge of Law.

I think Paro's testimony is just to get the case rolling. But when Beerpur pple fail to recognize her how does that help?

I know Aman is BSD, shouldn't his and the others injured statement be taken too?

In my opinion, paro's testimony will get the case rolling back into rudra's favor and then the investigation will be able to start. I don't think that paro's testimony will justify all of rudra's actions but it can give bsd a starting point to prove rudra innocent. Just my views.

I was getting frustrated with rudra for not getting it through his head that paro doesn't know anything about thakurs gun running business...then I realised Paro need only say she saw guns in baarati's hands and they opened fire first to provide evidence for rudra...that he did not kill innocent people that day...she doesn't need to give evidence against thakur...so rudra is right in saying she is his sole witness...but he needs to ask her the right questions. ...and paro needs to take a moment and remember what she saw that day. ...

I know angry Rudra is no good in this situation,as he only attacks Paro and she is just defending herself instead of clarifying his doubts. At this juncture it is important to prove his actions. Its his judgement that is being questioned and not Tejawat's action. So both Paro and Rudra need to sit down calmly and discuss it. He needs to realise that she went through a huge trauma that day with a rushed wedding, baraat under attack, her groom being shot and her held hostage by the same organisation she is terrified of since childhood. And she needs to start thinking about why only her wedding was an issue when other weddings perhaps the ones not conducted by Tejawat were ignored by the BSD and why he is trying so hard to keep her alive if people's lives mean nothing to him.

Also Paro never saw who fired the first shot. She was unconscious most of the way.
