He ensures that she never forgets their relationship of a captor and a captive. He leaves no opportunity to remind her that he is her enemy and will behead her at the first given chance. He does not let her forget that she is not bound to him and there is nothing between them. He is her definition of all that is dark, evil and cold.

And then, he sends her mind into another labyrinth as he shields her from the world. He plays with her mind and her heart when he gently holds her hand and tells her, that if she needs something, she should tell only him.

She walks in the corridors of the haunted house, sleeps in its cold beds with him always playing at her mind and poking at her heart. He bleeds and she loses sleep.

How do you define someone who pricks you with needles but takes the swords' blows for you? How are you ever going to explain the safety and security you feel under a monster's claws? How is Paro ever going to crack the mystery of darkness protecting light?

This is what is termed The Stockholm Syndrome in the world of LOGIC.

Not in a mood to write anything more than this.

P.S - So, what Rudra said about relationships did turn out to be true by the end of the episode, hmm? For all the courageous kindness she showed for Maithli and her Sammy boy, there was still just one hand that held Paro's hand - Rudra's.

Edit:
These two are hilarious😆, they fight behind closed doors for defending the other in public!
There were some deep dialogues uttered in today's epi. but too ill to discuss them.

Rudra was correct all along. Irrelevant of her situation as captive, or that she may be long gone any day, Paro doesn't hold any importance for Samrat's family members that they will take her stance and support (despite the goodness behind it) above the insult of their mother. Same with Maithli. She is foremost bound to her husband and his family.
Maybe because Paro has never had a say in any planning of her future as such, her naivety lies in thinking for the moment she is in and not ahead at the consequences. It's an unusual contrast considering she is a calm person by nature. Whilst Rudra is passionate and fiery by nature. Her lack of experinece of people and life certainly limit her vision. But then again that's human's for us.
Just as with Maithli. She is moved by the heart more than logic. Whilst Rudra has survived enough betrayals on that score to first and foremost trust his mind.

Yes, the Stockholm syndrome is in play. Just as if they were alone they would be solely dependent on the other, same way amongst people and family, they only have one another.

PS, I loved watching Dilsher grinning behind Rudra's door!😛

Will leave it here, flu go away

Short and precise review.. Thanks Vicky .
Two things stood out for me in today's ep..

1) Rudra use of words "naam ka pathi" . Paro's , " I won't go against my country and neither will I let anyone"

2) Paro's desperation to spit out the truth..

PS..

Looks like Rudra did apply the laep .. The scar was hardly visible .😛

Thanks Radzie. That stood out for me as well. Rudra hated the thought of Paro belonging to another man from the very day that he saw her - and that bitterness is still there. Paro will stand for the truth in the long run. Paro is desperate to tell the truth and then, Sunehri rattles her by reminding that Rudra shed blood for her.

Paro ne ittne pyaar se paste banaaya tha, Rudra kaise na lagaata? Sacch ka jallad thode na hai wo.😆
