Some Aatma killing people in a Mall. KD says they will only learn the truth after they go there.
At the Mall in the night - its KD and the Aatma. Aatma fires gun at KD and KD falls on the floor. His assistants find him. When the media about the night he says he is forced to believe in bhoot-pret after spending night in small.
A storeowner in the mall sees this interview on TV and agrees to his wife's demand he sell his store.
Prosecutor tells that KD won't be able to prove the Aatma killed not KD's client. But, KD proves that the eye witness to the crime lied to entrap his client in the murder. Prosecutor then presents videos of the crime. It looks like only the victim and murder were there. KD says often what appears is not what is. Case is adjourned.
His assistant says why doesn't KD tell court that the killer is the aatma (allo) whom KD said. KD refuses to do so.
Varun investigates at the mall and calls KD. KD says he understands what happened. KD returns to court. He wants to demo a toy gun from the mall... as the prosecutor objects...the gun starts to aim at her and follow her as it moves. Prosecutor naturally becomes hyper at this. The fires itself without anyone touching it. There are no bullets in it. Its remote control operated. KD explains how he figured all this out from the night in the mall. KD says that allo and remote control killed Raghu. Prosecution asks him to present evidence that it was someone else not KD's client who killed Raghu.
KD requests court to call Praphul Dey, whose business was suffering as a result of Raghu's game area in the mall. Praphul had a similar remote control gun. Praphul is killed at mall. CCTV footage shoes that Allo killed Prahul. KD presents this to the court. Then calls Allo to court. Prosecutor is scared and grabs KD in fear. The ghost disappears then disappears. KD explains it was all work of projector. Further that this is how "Allo" was appearing in the mall. The purpose was to scare people from going to the mall. Prosecutor says all this is irrelevant. KD wants to call Raghu's mother...
After a break - KD calls programer of video game, gun, and projectors. He admits he created "allo" the ghost. KD asks who asked him to do this. The programmer says its Raghu the now dead Praphul... after some tamasha and questions it comes out that killer is Raghu's brother Nakul. He wanted property. Case closed.
