I don't think she is pregnant at the moment... it is just that the MIL sent her to Abhay in the bedroom to spend quality time together on the pretext of making her pregnant. Abhay seemed happy as he just camt home with Jyoti's cheque. That's why there was an astonished and confused look on Jyothi's face... what if I become pregnant with a girl again.
