I was going through some old OST's and came accross Paani jaisa pyaar's Mikaal looks go good in it.. it's not even that old..it's from 2011.. so like 3 years ago but Mikaal looked totallt different.. why has he put on so much weight? as SS says actually his neck has disappeared.. I wish he loses weight and looks like this again.. I'm not really a fan of his acting skills but he's a looker..

PS: Paani jaisa pyaar was a good show.. I loved Mikaal-Saba's chemistry

I know. Post marriage, he has put on a lot of weight. I still find the guy extremely good looking. In my opinion, he's by far the most good looking young actor in Pakistan right now. If ONLY he lost some of that weight, he'd look far more amazing. I still find him adorable and good looking even with the weight though because he's a looker regardless? lol..but that lean Mikaal is another story. You're talking about him going back to Pani Jaisa Pyar's look..he needs to go back a few years further and look like THIS (below) because I know he can. 😆 He's such a good looking guy.

tell me this guy isn't the most good looking guy out of the current crop of actors? 😆 He just needs to shed the weight..and I love Mikaal's hair...he needs to grow them out.

OMG I thought I was the only that thought he put on weight, I noticed it in Mujhe Khuda Pe Yakeen Hai.
I didn't like him much in Pani Jaisa Pyar because of his personality in it, but I liked the chemistry between Mikaal and Saba 😊

Araaayyy baap re.. This is way too skinny for my taste 😆.. paani jaisa pyaar look was perfect.. and he is really good looking...😳

Woah, he looks wayy too skinny in those pictures. I get what you mean now.
All he has to do is go to the gym, and lose some weight which I think he will eventually. Maybe his future characters would require him to lose weight.

The pics Star posted are a little bit too skinny [kamzor types] compared to the ones from PJP..but either way, he can look like that..he has been there..Mikaal please read this topic and its posts! 😆 And yep, he's definitely a charmer...I remember I watched PJP for him, besides Saba of course.
