I agree with your view completely! Though personally I would have liked if Paro kept to herself simply because she is yet not a member of that family. She could have convinced Rudra later on to talk to Samrat or his Kakasa regarding this. But as people have rightly said, "I am not done yet" was the last straw more than Paro's talk. Paro indeed crossed the line and hence alert Rudra chipped in at the right time. Rudra somewhere must have agreed with Paro's views in his mind and allowed her to talk on but the verbal straw was too much for Rudra and he saw RED!!
