As for Jalal's reactions, he seems to have two sets...one that he puts on in front of Jodha and one Otherwise...he has definitely become very guarded, hasn't he?

In front of The Lord he says, he would like to be punished in place of her ...that he committed the mistakes and she shouldn't suffer for it...but to her he says he will not let her punish him by breaking his heart

In front of HB, he completely accepts ALL of his blame in the matter...but, in front of her he coolly behaves like he did those mistakes, but they weren't without prior cause spurring him to do so...

Overall, he has not even the slightest doubt, that she regards him very highly, cares, supports and wishes well for him selflessly (something he definitely cannot say of Ruqaiyya or maybe even MA- though he will never openly accept it still)...but, his worry remains that while he is in love with her, she might not fall in love with him - they way he has with her (and singularly, this is the biggest blow to his ego, heart and mental peace)...till he knows for certain that she can/has fall/fallen in love with him too, he will be guarded...during the course of all this, while he'll enjoy flirting with her and receiving similar such attention from her too, he's always going to weigh this one aspect with care, before taking it all at face value!

However, if anything - his insecurity on this aspect makes the recovery so realistic and the leads more human...as I mentioned elsewhere, in many cases... however big the trauma a couple come out of, not everyone puts EVERYTHING behind themselves to start afresh! Especially not when the man in question has an ego the size of a giant ball!😆

PS, my post of the episode is purely about how hawt Jalal looked when flirting and how cool Jodha looked while blushing...so, no Aunty I've done no real introspection or analysis...I was too busy fan gurling over the 40 odd expressions and gazes the pair managed to hurl at one another within the span of an episode😆
