Chakku, Abhay Kapoor and his wife are married, we don't know for how long but going by his age his 38 years old, he probably married 5 years before that or even earlier than that, but have you noticed something? No children, no new actor is playing his child. That to me shows they marriage is not going well. Why has the wife decided not to have children? Is it his decision rather than hers? Is one of them barren? So don't assume Madhu is breaking them up and the reason for the break-up will be Madhu.

Relationships break-up for lots of reasons and not one reason alone.

ST said AK is madhu's saathi they will be together at the end, those were his exact words in that article when they asked him. So they are not an item right now Chakku, she's working for him, it's a professional relationship that will grow with time to a personal one, we as viewers are watching to see how the relationship grows for the duration of the show. Not to blame Madhu entirely before we've seen AK's wife and AK and his wife's interactions to better judge what their relationship is like.
